He's mentioned several visits to processing plants. while i don't want to get another rns saying 'due diligence' for the next six months, at least pointing out the plan and where the funds would come from to complete (market's v forgetful) and a timeline for it , ie. how many months of delivery only as opposed to processing.

also, some info about drilling results being shipped out would be good and prove that things aren't waiting on the road for the next stage.

also need some info about whether the same machinery used on the road will be used for mining (doubt it but... ) and whether there's moves on leases. speaking of leases, an update on that licence renewal would be desirable as noone wants to get caught out by a potential hiccup there!

that would fill in the gaps between now and then... and, (while doubt we'll get it) i'd love a price for first cln conversion or, at least, some words that imply they're lthers rather than traders looking for easy profits at... for example, 10p. (i mention that as, if i were after wasy profits, 100% before the 10p warrants become worth converting would be nice and safe... and, thinking about it, be quite nice to get an update on just how many warrants at different prices are still out there?

outside of BoD, it's almost totally retail investors. that just isn't a great look as far as market confidence is concerned.

the point I am making is profit will need to be better than 5% of revenue to see the sp return to a decent or even average average.

without it and without any approvals then the price will likely not do what folk want, in the near term.

that's when folk will start pulling out press about how stablecoins will be woth £trillions in 2030!

an i honestly don't think anyone is seriously looking at 5 year projections when the sp is down 20% on a mystery 1.05 placing that already discounted the 1.20 sp by 12%.

in my books, that makes a roughly 30% drop since immediately before that placing.

Not really an answer... i asked what level of profitability on the revenue you'd be happy with, to see the sp rise.

(noone has a clue what the revenue will be, hence asking what percentage of that is acceptable.)

being 'profitable' isn't going to be sufficient. it's going to be how much is profit, as exampled by the Semnet thing (and still ignoring the £36mill contract until someone puts meat on that deal like, who and what the annual contract is for... very skimpy on details).

AHS, what level of profitability do you think the current mcap will expect?

using the last Semnet results as an example (£4.4mill, profit £200k), do you think 5% profit will boost the mcap?

holders here are very fond of mentioning that the BoD hold shares at 2p but when was the last time this share was at 2p?

And, since Nov '23 it's seen 3 steps down in average pricing: 1.3 > 1.15 and he current one which stepped down to 0.97 and still seems to be finding support...low 0.8s.

take your pick as to whether the outstanding news is potential or a problem: Semnet to be paid for, Easysend to be approved and paid for and stablecoins undetermined (but not near term). Sandbox is still a maybe (again) and the hope for an acquisition will be for a company which is unknown but maybe adds another licence. doubtful it'll be for the full £1million but, even if it is, it's doubtful that it'll immediately add to profitability, considering its cost.

expect a spike on the maybe acquisition or other good news but we all know it'll fall back soon after.

this has become a shre where folk only buy in hoping to get as close to the news drop as possible... the delays in news catches them all out and then we see churn putting downard pressure. but, at least at 0.8 ish traders see it as a better better than last week. whether it'll be an even cheaper bet next week is the thing.

the price has been trading from 156 >165 and back again since about mid May.

including the spread, there's literally about 4% in it. and it'll rise in its own good time... without news it might only see support rise by a few% at a time but it's still rising.

there's really no 'desperately' anything, unless they know of news coming! worth keeping an eye on the sp, though... in case it looks like it's heading back to 150. but that should only worry folk if they believe this is the end of the recovery... which it isn't.

Hopefully, they'll update on the fundraise and what it was actually for. maybe also clarify some of the inaccuracies or combat some of the misplaced emphasis on silly little intermediaries instead of looking at the bigger picture.

Is, historically, is the share cheap in comparison (and you have to judge that on the spikes from announcements on acquisitions - but be very aware that it also falls back, majorly) and if that last placing really will produce another (very probably unheard of company that 'adds' to GSMoney) or if some FCA approval appears before the results.

0.87 might well be cheap but how long will the money need to be parked before it moves. and it doesn't really matter what anyone says, from 1.05, 0.85 low is a shocker, considering all the positives the company is supposed to have.

Bfd, nearly every 'positive' post on here states every asset in the group is in profit or 'exceeding expectations'. now, i don't know what their expectations were but there are still no numbers... for anything.

plus, as far as Semnet is concerned, as the deal has now gone through, why wouldn't their results also be included in the forthcoming results.

finally, how ridiculous to state the total cost of a contract without explaining over what period of time it extneds? noone needs to have a history in IT to expect that to be included in an rns. otherwise, what is the point of the rns? it's about as vague as it could get except that dropping the total makes it sound extrordinary which, based on the company's alst stated turnover, we've no idea just how big of a leap that contract is on the year previous.

basically, it's sh****** , as far as giving the market and retailers the info they need to asses. but maybe they think the ambiguity works in their favour.

however, that company i detailed also mentions cloud services and is based in singapore.

if anyone should be scrutinised, i'd say it was that contract as i imagine a singapore company is more likely to be the Ypsilon being discussed.

plus, is there anywhere i said where i've used the word liar? i'd say the 'playing cards close to the chest' is the fault here... and the fact that the BoD's spouse is still majority holder of Semnet it makes sense that the singapore company is the one in focus. unless you're saying semnet has worldwide contracts, with the £2.4million turnover?
