Newuncle, not sure what else is going on here as green boxed so i'll answer you directly.
it's a certainty that there'll be good news at some point. i don't think that's in dispute. the question is always 'how long before the news arrives' and 'how much erosion in the price will occur until the news comes'?
while it's always difficult to guesstimate the right time to buy in, both rampers and derampers merely accentuatate their own trading tactic (even lth are just 'traders').
noone wants to 'enjoy' the eventual rise but see they have to recover a paper loss first. and that's what's happened here. even if it's a fact that 'maybe' an acquisition is actually 'a definite', the ridiculous tactic of covering themselves with a 'maybe' just allows for the holders to decide to sell to buy lower, as it's what happened before.
so, you get in, get spiked, because folk say 'it's a certaintly' and other decide te ambiguity is enough to trash the sp.
if the company had raised with more specifics then this wobble wouldn't be happening or, at least, it'd be better defined.
so, while it might well rise to 1.4 on acquisition (without knowing what it is or whether it's just another bulding block or significant) who wants to see the sp sub 0.9 before the rise!
still read what's said here for clues but, while sentiment from holders is positive, can't deny the last two months say something a bit different.
