Price pushed up by a dozen single buys... looks... suspicious?

Because one-sided ramping always give a true value on the sp!

for a lot of holders all proclaiming you're in it for the long haul, you all spend an awful lot of your time, browsing the bb minute, by minute!

as you all say of your favourite trolls, don't you have actual jobs to be doing, at least until christmas 2025 when you'll all be millionaires?

Sp is definitely going to rise at some point but still think there's a bit more to be had out of waiting... just a personal opinion but whatever mechanism is forcing the price down, until holders can work out what that is and how they're managing to work it to the sp's detriment...

Doesn't say anything that investors already know... basicallly, 'buy' because it has several good potential assets and has a disconnect from true value..

but we already know that and until trump stops his suicidal tariffs... might see a reversal but, considering how the asian markets opened...

might be that folk think 100 is a nice round number to buy in at or it could be that the shorters start their algo trading again to push the sp down to... mid 90s?

but, surely, at some point, it's a good buy for both the short, medium and long term!

Plus rewriting history if you say 0.5 > 1.4 instead of 0.5 > 3.6 > 1.4. that tells a very different story.

just saying anyone here who snears at a comment that says this is how it's looking atm and, instead posts nonsense 'hold for gold' as a serious comment on the bb deserves much more criticism than someone looking for discussion on the current state of play.

330 is a bit of a surprise but there ARE a lot of folk in pre Feb who will be in profit and must be annoyed as eff that they didn't sell the spike.

BUT also a lot of folk who are in the red from Feb buys so this must be a nice opportunity to be averaging down...

What is the prupose of a post that says 'i'm nolding for gold' or 'i believe there's an rns coming soon' or '10p by year end'?

i at least try to give a snapshot of what is happening to the sp in the short term and why. you can pretend you don't care about what's happening this week or today or in the next 5 minutes and you can all say you're here for the long term results but you all post and read each other's empty ramps all the time. the same 10 names just posting 'golden tickets' posts with out much interaction with the trades as we can see them.

so, again, what is the point of any post, except you make you feel comfortable in a small herd of likeminded people, for comfort and so you don't have to think much more deeply about it?

i mean, who watches the sp slide from 3.6 down to 1.4 and does nothing about it!

I was thinking about replacing the cost of buying Fifth and the fact that the company seems keen on being on the M&A trail...

Restating that the offer was 200p and was rejected is dangerous, imo, as there's no proof of it and it merely floats a fake valuation on the company as being greater than 200p so making the current 105p cheap.

while it might be cheap it's possible not the cheapest price it's going to be so... ?

'holding for gold' is a gameshow catchphrase, not an investing strategy, Enki, but as you've gone full ramp now, there's no discussing anything with you.

it's a shame that anyone greenboxes anyone, unless they just talk nonsense (i know, i know.) but without discussion one is doomed to never consier the changing events that affect the market and specific sp's.

I just meant, muldoon, that while the info is on the app, there's no restating of the numbers by the company elsewhere. is there a reference to the number on GST's own site? is it repeated anywhere else?

that's what i meant but i appreciate tht you either believe those numbers or you don't and want 'proof' which, i guess, will only come from the next update?

but i's welcome any discussion as i took money out of here to splash about over the past few days so really, really want to stick it back in... but either i wait for the sp to fall again or i catch a ride on an upswing. but, for the life of me, i can't see where that upswing come from, at least, in the next couple of weeks.

Yes, leew, it's the same story but unvarnished, rather than rampy. but it ultimately doesn't matter whether it's undervalued or not! every shareholder thinks their share is undervalued but it's what triggers the buying (or selling) to align the sp with its value.

yes, it's undervalued even relative to the 1.9 placing but there's no volume. that says that either spare cash is looking elsewhere or waitin on news to prove the direction of travel for new money to come in.

the only thing making the sp look attractive atm is the spread, which makes buys look fabulous and sells look a bit... meh!

the one surprising thing is that when the buys come in, however few, they're for £000s, rather than algo, which is good. but until the volume is there...

admit it, noone has mentioned this share over the tumult of the markets... everyone's eyes are elsewhere am.

I think it's fair to say we already know why we're stuck at this price:

the integration didn't do anything for the sp

the next update date on Semnet is undetermined

the IPO seems to be many months/year away, as it requires more accounts than we currently have

we have no qualitative information or verification on any volume on the platforms

bake hasn't had any updates beyond integration

no ongoing news on client numbers

no podcasts

no interviews

was unaffected by tariffs, which is good but, equally, implies not very connected to wider markets

the sp does very well when the 'news imminent' is very positive but, considering the positive news that was delivered didn't do anything it's stuck with nor real volume in or out.

suspect it'll wallow and might move up to 1.55 with a few buys but, equally, move down to 1.4 on a few sells.

there's more interest out there, potentially with the market volatility because, as we've seen, this share isn't really part of the market volatility so noone's really looking at it.

i think that's a fair summation, until some news drops that moves it one way or t'other.

If the US bounce just lets folk out with small profits can easily see sentiment swing back to the downside.

not really sure what pushes this sp higher as it's been a confusing slide for the past year, in spite of good news.

The only real solutions are buy more and average down or sell andd look to get more if/when it dips below 100.

Only question mark is will they raise to pay for the acquisition and use the higher sp to get a good fundraise?

Noone wants to sell and spread makes it unattractive.

going to have to raise the bid to loosen some shares...

net cash of £7.6million

plans for further M&A and things looking good for 'ahead of expectations' for 2025.

while little exposure to US (maybe in future?) keeping an eye of situation.

really excellent outlook.
