If your comment came from the BoD, to explain the Semnet purchase and the inherent delays but also the upside, it would undoubtedly help with optimism and confidence in the sp.

company just needs to prove its current situation, rather than waiting for December interims... they're a lonnnnnng way off to have to listen to months of sniping about the company.

can't see a good reason for them not to release an assessment of the standing as soon as Semnet issue is dealt with (as long as that doesn't coincidentally last until December!)

will be a bloody site happier to see this back at the last placing, considering that was just discounted sp for 'just' holding money.

HHR makes a fair point about Semnet. always found it deeply suspicious, that 'magical' $36million contract, out of the blue, when the company barely traded before acquisition. also find it odd that they were happy to announce that deal but haven't announced any others... now, maybe that comes from the reason for the arbitration so have to wait and see.

meanwhile, i hope that the company see fit to at least start punting out more one-liners in linkedin about progress. if they can't trumpet their own moves forward then not much hope of anyone else doing it!

Agree that the bitcoin thing seems to have been a pointless exercise. unless you believe that it's going to double (which is possible, i suppose) or halve (which would be a good reason to have only bought half with the placing) i'm not sure why it is better than actual cash... 'course, they could place just to create money but it is painful to heavily discount all existing holders just to find some extra cash!

really need to see the assets growing, adding or expanding...

If there HAS been a placing then you have to ask why? acquisition looming? (can't remember if they already placed for metapya... would be rubbish is they were placing for that 'again'.

but, if the sp has dropped to 0.7 because of a placing then the damage has been done so then there's a rise to come, with the new acquisition.

either way, there's a rise due.

while the spread will make day trading tough, this'll probably be back at evens today and, as long as the news pops up relatively soon or BoD do some forward guidance and highlight ALL the positives (or even Hosp does, for Bake) then it'll be back on a rise once the traders get out and the shares get bought by better bargain hunters.
