Pretty much spot on except the notion of when the sp will rise.

wouldn't be relying on money from other share money to bolster the sp though.

it's in the lap of the Gods as to how cheaply you can get the sp now... without news to keep it buoyant. and it'll take time for the collab to manifest anything of consequence. but, if you're happy to sit on your hands instead of chasing shares around the markets, should do well.

Deramps aren't nec. a buy signal... it's not that simple. they ARE a buy signal but at what price: 9.5 or lower? there are still a lot of shares out there at 6.5... folk aren't nec. in love to want to be in until the end of the journey.

If the sp doesn't hold it'll make a few rethink their WRAP buy...

Placing's happening now. you'll know what you're getting probably by eod. shares are issued on 29th but can be forward sold (not by retailers though... so they can sell existing shares, if sp higher than issued sp but the benefit will be minimal unless you bought them in the 6s last week and want to limit your exposure).

...because the WRAP is small and, if oversubscribed, why not please retailers AND still make some extra!

an extra £500k will be nothing in the grand scheme AND it'll head off any complaints about the subs being reduced.

nothing worse than WRAP offers which give 20% of requested shares. and, at 9.5 they'll be seen as cheap by retail but will premium to company.

no idea why you're making such an issue about some extra cash in the bank.... if they're happy with £4.5mill, they'll be happier with £5mill.

Bit antithetical. if they won't have 'much interest' in doubling the WRAP then why bother doing a WRAP in the first place. 9.5p is a fine price for the company, considering where the sp was only weeks ago... if they're happy to take £4.5million, then they'll be happy to take 5.

It really wouldn't hurt BoD to give some forward guidance and add/reiterate some numbers so we're not just waiting on rns'...

they really need to learn that operating the company isn't just about them knowing what's happening and us waiting for results. they're not party planners for our birthdays.

How on earth can 'everyone' sell on the open! after a half dozen trades the sp would be in the toilet, down at 10p so any rights issue would end up being 5p.

To compensate for the drop in mcap from raising £2million at 1.2p and then failing to announce btc buys 'in time'.

cant help thinking it'd have been better to buy back 10% of the shares into treasury and see the price lifted to... whatever. wouldn't have stopped the accounts being delayed (or would it, if the btc treasury was the specific problem - surely it wasn't bake as they've had months to bring that problem to the company's attention?)

If you think you have the clout to turn over what the fund managers do then you're a ridiculous person, doesn't matter how much of the day you vote no!

everyone on here is just along for the ride... you have nothing to do with the outcome... it'll be decided by those with real cash invested (even if it isn't their own cash!)

Already ascertained that BoD don't look at their x account... they don't even bother to post rns' onto it anymore. if you want it to be read you have to go to their linkedin account to chivvy them up.

in fact, as they seem to only live on linkedin, it wouldn't be an awful thing to staart applying pressure on them through linkedin to provide better and more frequent information generally, as they have to deal with the fact that their business associates might also read them...

about time some pressure was put on them to listen to the shareholders, as there are no fund managers to put the squeeze on them!

now, if our BoD ARE going to use linkedin as their preferred outlet for news, wouldn't it be nice if they added a few HR welcomes into the mix to show the breadth of things like the sales team they advertised for...

Hey, ask the folk on here, i've been more critical than most, considering i hold... and i've been called a lot worse than 'troll' but at 0.7 it's a better risk than ever has been so i can see it being a good risk.

better to buy on the lows, unless you want certainty or a rise but, at this price, not likely to drop more. so...

Nothing 'meow; about it... just pointing out there are 'critics' on every share, even the ones that you hold yourself. so, it's expected... but you don't really expect it to have an effect, do you?

Well, as they're actual holders, rather than just trollsters, i'm sure they're here still. just waiting..

so it doesn't happen today (or it might...) and it doesn't happen on monday (or it might) but most holders are anticipating it happening on the next news, whether it's the Semnet arbitration or something else.

don't need to worry... i'm sure they're fine!
