Well, first, dilution is going to be greater than implied at first.

existing holders who bought WRAP could get slightly cheaper in the market... the question is going to be how quickly positive news follows the new shares issued. if there's no obvious immediate rise then frustration could see folk cutting at evens or even taking a small loss to be elsewhere.

without news, it really won't surprised me to see this in the 8s... but then, i'd be looking to take some the lower the price gets so...

Aud, i'm talking specifically about Enki... and it's not personal but he is relentlessly banging on about this share being a peach, as if he doesn't noticed any of the downsides.

i'm all for balanced comments... whether it's countering a ramp OR a 'troll'... but it doesn't say much for the company that someone will say 'we don't know if we'll be 5p or 0.5p'.

what i can see is a big ol' vacuum for forward guidance, breadcrumbs laid out by the BoD or their pr team (if they have one!) and numbers that are nowhere near the '9 fold' that certain types were constantly filling the bb with.

i'm in it as i have an average around 1.6, even with recent buys... if i could see a dead cert out there i'd sell up to buy back but i'm not putting more cash into this... when they issue an rns about a bitcoin Treasury policy that looks shot through with holes i just don't have much faith in them to be proactive in anything much!

Derampers probably DO want to be in... however, they want to be in cheaper than whatever the current price is... on the basis that they'd probably sell at 9.5 if they could get... 8p.

that doesn't nec. mean they want in for the long haul, just the bounce/recovery.

the 'savvy' BoD are no better than us at calling turnarounds: bought shares at 1.35 so down near half price, the rocket emoji from Bake integration (sp must be down 60% from that!), they raised £2million, undercutting sp and still have £1million idling in the bank.

they keep 'finding' licences and raising funds on their announcement only for them to just sit there, for... years!

i'm sure if we all wait long enough this'll 'turnaround' but, strewth, there's optimsim and then there's being in the read so deep that you can't do owt BUT ramp and hope!

if interested parties can't be bothered to look at that trades and work it out for themselves then more fool them.

Bfd, you post like the mms have a grudge against this particular share... but they're doing what they do for every share and try and make money from the trades but, patently, this share isn't working well for them (or us).

very nearly pressed the sell button at 1.1 on the morning we came back but thought the bounce would happen. but, what i could see is the buys dried up. even now we can all see the sells.

mms have even tried to push 0.8 as bid but noone bites (or not enough to make it stick).

remember when the rampier reminders were of '9fold rise' last time? well, i think most consensus was that we were looking at £6million to be on the rise... and we came in at... ?

we are where we are and that's fine but most folk must now be looking elsewhere for profits... even holders (certainly i look some out at evens as i just can't stomach that it might dip below 0.7 and there are other shares out there that are busy today and tomorrow and ongoing. i'll buy the shares i sold today back again, esp. if the sp dips again but i'm not so sure that constantly adding onthe slide is the way to go, at least, ntil BoD play the game better (and none of this 'our BoD are savvy and clever and blah, blah, blah.'

if they were THAT clever they would have done btc months ago instead of just copying... be interested in their opinion about the future of btc or are they just reading the ramps like everyone else? assume they've held back £1 million so, do they think BTC is going to drop? or are they going to move that money elsewhere?

still be happy if something positive drops tomorrow but... is anyone confident of anything new in the next... few weeks?

that said, sp sitting at 0.7 ain't exactly great, is it, considering the last time the sp was sitting at this level it had been trashed by a cln.

the BTC Treasury is proving to be a bit of a lame duck as far as retailers are concerned. they placed at 1.2, bringing the price down (from forward selling?) and then bought some btc at roughly current price. unless they're convinced BTC is going to hit $250k, not sure what the point of now buying btc is? sure, they placed at 1.2 and then failure to carry out btc on the treasury wave meant sp dropped further. now we're lower than when the accounts were released.

applaud the info restated by fellow posters but sp looks to be stagnant until next good news and we don't have a BoD that believe in pr so...

No BoD should contribute to shareholder cruelty...

Actually, agree with GGG. and, Marty, sp's don't only rise on news... they also rise on expectation of good news... whether that news is actually good or not is another matter but this'll find support somewhere between 9.5> 9 on the Bid. might look lower with the spread but you'll be lucky to buy lower than 9, imo.
