Dele929, yes they end the fsp and decided to go with a credible party/offer, they did put all eggs in one basket, at the time not many questioned their decision, its seemed like the right thing to do.
Then came the conflict.....all bets off!
Just think on the lines of POG and other who did no wrong, yet they are no longer trading or listed.
Kammy
In my opinion, there won't be any material update before or during the AGM.
The meeting won't last long, its being conducted to comply with trading rules and legislation.
If the BOD can, they may give the odd hint, but investors are tired of hints and jam tomorrow, investors will be wanting clarity in black & white, numbers, roadmap, timelines, none will be forthcoming.
Post AGM, there will be carnage on here, bickering will intensify, accusations and counter accusation will be thrown with some force, MM's will be the winners, they will no doubt play on no news = not good news, don't be surprised if the sp takes a 30% hit.
Its only my opinion, I believe the BOD's hands are firmly tied behind their backs, I don't need to go into the details, we all know about the conflict and geopolitics, , they cannot support the sp, and we investors will remain in the dark for the foreseeable future.
Anything positive will be bonus and a blessing
Kammy
Del...we were at 20p ish before the conflict, we plummeted to 12p on the opening, and its been downward spiral.
Agreed, the BOD haven't made any attempt to prop up the SP, perhaps they can't?
In the current conflict and geo politics, what are we expecting the BOD to say, hey, we have £30b asset, or we have offers on the table, bet your life sanctions would have rained on EUA.
If it wasn't for the war, and lets assume for a moment the MM's were trying to force down the SP, the BOD would have made positive sounds, positive enough to support the SP.
I remind myself, the BOD have massive skin in the game, we lose, they lose, unless its all a scam, and funds have been diverted in none-reachable subsidiaries, if its the latter, then we can do zilch, say oh well and count our losses.
Kammy
Del929, If I was so downbeat on a share, where my posts were so ultra negative, I would expect someone with any sense to say the same to me, sell up, or wait until the 'Outcome'.
I'm saying sell up to those who keep repeating the same 'Its not happening' 'we're doomed', 'company is going to get nationalised', 'its been all a scam', 'etc etc'
The invested have a choice, hold and wait, or sell up....beating on about it everyday adds no value
Treadingcarefuly
You're say deal isn't coming - FACT
So, on that basis, what are you doing here? If you're invested, why don't you sell up and re-invest elsewhere?
Unless, of course you're not invested and just here for the sake of it.
Pls, spare me the I'm invested and I have the right to say what I like....genuine investors don't drown a share with constant bile
Kammy
CALLS
Oh, and I see you joined 8th June 2022, you shouldn't be that underwater? Unless of course you haven't bought a single share and just here for the fun of it (because noises in your head told you to go to the EUA board) as its a fun place.
Each and every post of yours is negative, company bashing, bod bashing, hmmm.....something tells me you're just another narcist with time on hand to play
CALLS...you're such numpty
Anyone and everyone knows AIM is regulated (cough cough), in realty, its not, its like the wild west, companies get away with all sorts.
Shall I repeat that slowly for you....slowwllyyyy.....sslloowwllyy? Get it?
You really think its controlled and regulated 100%? if the answer is yes, no doubt you'll sleep well tonight
FSA turns a blind eye to all the going's on
Some real clowns and newbies on here, no wonder they turn bitter and angry when they gets shafted by dodgy BOD's
Magnum.PI
Where did I say not to hold the BOD to account?
There are ways to hold the BOD account, i.e. AGM, EGM. Yes, the BOD have been conservative with the truth, only they know the reason why?
End of he day, we all know how AIM works, no one forced us to invest, we make our decisions based on our DD, and for those who invested back of other peoples opinions, then more fool them.
Its been said endless times, AIM is a un-regulated casino, every now and then we get lucky, more often than not, the odds are stacked against the private investor.
With your nick, I thought you would have sussed all the mystery by now...not a good PI are you!

tbh, i don't know why people want to control the bb, but there is a clear battle going on between 2 camps, its got to the stage i trust no one (not that i did before, but now i'm 100% none trusting)
i see, toffers has filtered me....there you have it, someone like me, who has posted a valid post, gets ignored and filtered, what does that tell you state of toffers mindset?
said it many a times, was on iii between 2001 and early 2019, and here 2019 onwards, have never posted a ramp/de-ramp, always been interested in the share i'm invested in, no time for the noise and the ****e that gets posted
kammy
all the bickering, fighting and etc, is for one reason only, to control this bb
genuine investors do not do this, they do not slam the business, they do not bad mouth the share they're invested in.
for example, toffers wants to and is trying all sorts to get eua drawn into some kind of mis-doing, is this really sign of a true investor?
i think most genuine investors and investors in the main have gone into passive mode, they cannot and do not have the time to read the same ****e posted here everyday.
lunatics have taken this place
kammy
MikeC007...exactly, well put.
If Tilly has sold up, his choice, good luck to him, but at least he hasn't come back to slate and bash the company, anyone who sells up and doesn't return with ultra negatives has my salute.
Truth be told, if I had gone back to the bad shares I had invested over the years, I'd be posting on some 30 plus boards by now!
Lifes too short to be bitter and angry, if you make a loss here or another share and you're fortunate enough to re-invest, I sincerely wish you all the best and hope you recoup your losses.
On the hand, sitting here, posting 24/7 and praying EUA goes under won't do you any good, you won't recoup your losses, and it will certainly make you a very miserable person.
As they say, the choice is yours
Kammy
Chessmaster1234
Partially agree with what you say, in the main it still remains a mystery why people turn on the company they're invested in, 24/7 beating and bashing their own investment doe NOT make any sense!
If as you say they're so bitter and angry, why they don't simply sell up (albeit at a loss), as opposed to wasting their time bashing their own investment?
Clearly we have all sorts on AIM, the sane, the insane, the trolls, the freaks, the weIdos and the confused who can't tell whether they're invested... or NOT.
Just Sunday morning musings
I understand why the invested post and or share any glimpse of noteworthy info, its natural and to be expected. The invested have a reason to remain hopeful until the 'Outcome', whatever that maybe, nobody knows.
However, in 20 years of investing, I don't get why the none invested spend so much time bashing and slating a share, at every turn they will nit pick, pick holes thru the numbers, slate the BOD, and make up scare stories and tactics..... WHY?
Some say they are invested, but every post of theirs is ultra negative, so sorry, I don't believe you can be invested on one hand, and on the other you're ultra negative and downbeat about the company.
Bigger mystery than the Bermuda Triangle.....

Even if Tillywhiz is still invested, what can he say to defend? Genuine LTH's have zero ammunition to defend the SP, the company or the BOD, the performance is all there to be seen, the critics are having a field day, majority of LTH's (including me) refuse to be drawn into the daily bickering.
Gloating is not a good trait, in fact its one of the worse characteristics in a person, its equivalent to a small man/woman syndrome.

Good point made there, perhaps the BOD are protecting ALL shareholders by not declaring offers made, or in the making.
Do we really want the BOD to openly state company X have made an offer of 15p (in this climate, anything is possible, AMC for example). There's a flipside to this coin, I don't want the BOD to openly state they have an offer of £1.50p on the table either, open season perhaps for sanctions, or uber scrutiny.
For once, most are in agreement with each other today, all we want is a decent update, state of play, roadmap tied to realistic and achievable timescales....leave the numbers for now, don't want to end up as POG.
Kammy
Good morning,
One day (hopefully sometime soon), this whole saga will come to an end, there will be an outcome, it will either be positive or negative, but there will be an outcome. Right know none of us know what it will be, we haven't a scooby, we're all guessing.
Come the outcome, the bickering will intensify for a few days, there will be plenty on here who'll be saying 'I told you so'.
There will two camps, the genuine investors celebrating success (well-deserved too), or the none invested, they will celebrate the demise of yet another AIM company. A sad fact of life these days, people really do get off seeing other people suffer ins some shape or form.
After a week or two of continued bickering, we'll all move on with our lives, our paths may never cross again, in the main people from this BB will have mixed memories, the days when SP was rising in leaps and bounds, people could sense their lives may get transformed, for them and their loved ones, i.e. mortgage free, debt free, good start for their kids or grand kids.
Feb 2022, I think the SP was around 20p, if it wasn't for the war the SP in my view would still be around that mark (assuming no sale). I personally believe a sale would happened by now if it wasn't for the war, sold for about 60p/share (just my view and opinion).
Today SP stands at 3p with sideway movements, on-going war, sanctions in place and probably more to be imposed. I don't have a scooby , I would be delighted if the BOD told us the true state of play, having said that, in the current climate it’s my opinion their hands are tied (not NDA's), one wrong move or update and sanctions could heap down on the company. Remember the BOD have deep skin in the game, they too want the best return, but right now they're keeping their head down and playing the waiting game...can we blame them?
Alternatively, we've all been scammed........at some point there will be an outcome and we'll find out.
Apologies for the waffle.....its neither a ramp or a de-ramp, just my view and sense of play
All the best
Kammy
