Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
AMC didn't disclose their DFS, shareholders were told take something under 2p....or take a hike
Not saying the same will happen here, but it would be wise for the BOD to publish the DFS at some point before any offer is put on the table for shareholders to consider. The flipside, if they were to do that, they would also have to justify the 'war' discount if and when an offer comes thru well below true value.
Assuming conflict is on-going when an offer comes thru, true value will be discount, but by how much? Thats a debate for another day I guess.

If only it was that easy, we're dealing with people hellbent on causing disruption, and I sense they have mindset issues too.
No matter what is put in front of them, they will turn and or find a different angle to re-start another round of their b.u.ll.sh.it.
We can either try and counter the more disruptive trolls, or simply stay silent and starve them of oxygen, but, sometimes its difficult when the attack is relentless on a share you're invested in.
Spikeyj
Why don't you take a look and see whether EUA operate calendar or Fiscal.
I'm sure the BOD is aware and they will do what it take to ensure working capital doesn't become an issue.
They are better placed and more privy to what is going on than you or I, they were voted in, so best to let them carry on and trust their judgement.
Seriously, some people are so anal, hate to think what they think or do when they're on a play, do they repeatedly knock on the cabin door and ask whether the captain is awake? or does the captain have both hands on the steering wheel? lol...
We can play on words all day long.......
Good morning all,
No doubt the bickering will continue today, but to remove any doubts here is the state of play (in my opinion)

Wrong, its not about 'you get to live another day' , we weren't standing in front of the execution squad.
Who said investing is easy, else we all be millionaires, the road is never straightforward, especially on AIM, ask people who held sxx, gkp, xel, pog, ncyt, sometimes the prize is in ones hands and gets snatched at the last hurdle, it is what it is.
When you or others make such statements, it clearly means you want EUA to collapse/fold, then you wonder why you get such abusive response from genuine holders. I'm pretty tolerant, but there is a red line, once crossed, I will do what it takes to defend my investment.
Kammy
Toffers,
To answer your ever repeating mantra - 'if they lose the case, how they going to pay for it, it may be the end of EUA'
The BOD run and manage EUA on behalf the shareholders, they have the power and entitlement to make decisions they feel fit for the business, they are more privy to information than the average pi. Personally, I don't need a running commentary to help me sleep at night. I don't need them to tell me they have £30m stashed away somewhere.
If and a big if, if EUA lose the case, then I trust the BOD to come up with a plan or method of payment, and if they cant and it results in the collapse of EUA, so be it, its called risk/reward, I'm happy to go the journey.
Everyone has a different risk/reward appetite, if you feel un-easy about your investment, suggest you sell.
Kammy
I'm including all and sundry who either ramp or de-ramp un-necessary, come up with £3.50/share, or 1p a share.
Its quite clear those didn't attend, they were trying to get a gauge from others what the BOD said and etc.
In terms of posters not holding, there's a few here, some have said outright they're not invested, others, I have made an assumption based on their hate towards EUA, that they are not holders.
SteJSteJ
Agreed, its impossible to convince people who DO NOT want to be convinced, or have other agenda's.
We're dealing with people with mindset and OCD issues, its clear as daylight some of them didn't attend because they don't hold a share, yet the same parasites are and have been the most vocal over the past few weeks.
Can't recall, some nutjob this morning said he/she is only holding a grands worth, and was of the opinion sp will be in the 1p's post AGM.... says it all!
All in all, a very good, reassuring AGM, the genuine investors will wait, albeit sometimes frustrated, the nutjobs will try and pick holes in anything and everything.

You're stating the obvious, we're not mining, we're not processing and we're not selling, yes, funds will run dry soon.
There you have it folks, sooner or later a placing, or EUA goes bust, make your decision time soon.
Made my decision, going to hold to the end, until such time, you won't hear me moaning, groaning, slating the company/BOD.
To all and sundry, FFS, make your decision, stay put, or feck off
