CEOs salary is determined by Renumirations committees of the board.She is doing a good job in my view. Hi, look at Nostra shere price over the last 5 year. from 30p to 1.6p. I dont think he can tell us that he will add SH value here. Look what he has done there. The cheek is unbelievable. Rita is a better option for me and I have voted for her to stay.

The news flow and developments recently have been good. I would vote against the resolutions, to keep Rita. My 27m for Rita and I will vote next week.

If they want to take over this company make an offer to the shareholders. Opps they cant afford this as they must be short of money. I personally doubt your intentions mate. To announce this as news shows how dire the situation is. She hides from the share holders does not give any explanation of the strategy and why was it necessary to change th company name and what the hell has she been upto . Taking us for a ride. If they want to take over they should make a cash offer for the company. This will allow us all to consider our options.
