Thank you for posting the link, The CEO and FD clearly say that the company could go private. Anyone thinking of buying or holding needs to see this. Then make your decision. This is as explicit as it gets. Shareholders get screwed, the Buissness survives ,possibly as a private company. No advice intended. It’s your money you choose.

It’s falling everyday, I can’t work it out why. I felt the company was looking far more positive with its performance. I don’t know where this drop will stop,a falling knife. Nursing a big loss. At some point I will again try to average down further for the third time. Sad , and to top it all it is raining.

The trouble with Aim is if it makes through you make a shed load. I had slowly accumilated 60 mil in IRG when it revealed the transformation to ECHO, over night the share multi bagged. Now I have had shares that went bust and you loose it all. So pick your shares carefully. I hold over 10 mil here. Going to try to average down slowly. It may go bust but if they make it. It will be happy days.No advice intended. DYOR. I am very tempted to buy ECHO too. Have a lovely day all.

I don’t know what will happen here. The worst possibility is it is prepackaged into a new entity controlled by lenders by the 8 April. To stop that MA has to fork out £520+61+200+40=821 m. Now the question is does he love debs to that extent. I don’t know how he thinks. I would love a bid to help long suffering shareholders. Not sure!!!

They have not been very good to the shareholders. If it ever came to a vote they will never win as they were willing to shaft to lot of us. We are between the rock and a hard place and would accept any offer that MA makes. Bought back in today 500,000. Hope to make a profit , let’s hope there is a white night who can make counter bit. The board is not going to help the shareholders at all.

I got it completely wrong. Lost a lot here. Had hope it might recover as everyone was offering them money. I think share holders are caught in the war between the board and MA. The board wants to take away the control from MA. This is their way of taking revenge for moving two board members Chairman and CEO off the board in Jan. Well MA is now screwed and all his antics are to no await. I had invested over 50k here. Sold Monday and Tuesday after going to Debenhams last sat. Reason all women clothings was on offer as flash sale for half price. My wife said they must be desperate and will be closing down soon. This niggled me all weekend. Now she calls spade a spade and is honest in her advice. I sold over 1.5 m in small chunks fom all my portfolios at 3.15 to 3.20 my average was 4p. All I can say is I got lucky and sold 3 days early. I am very sorry for people who kept there faith and lost out on Friday.

I took you on face value. You said you had a sizeable holding. Then you within a day said you sold up and started slagging the company. Can’t trust a word you say. Not too smart ie. Makes you look not too good.
