Jaytee - good to hear from you.
Currently I am in SAVP - £5000 top up yesterday.
WRES - early part of turn around there ...….and nothing else.
EUA - my valuation on buy out of assets is 8p to 10p.
If it falls through then back to 0.5p
They have scraped cash together trough hyping the shares and getting warrant holders to convert and even forced some warrant holders to do so. the CEO says they now have cash through to START of mining after the winter (march) but income is small even when they are mining. There is a good chance of a placing in early 2020 IMO - I am alone in this thought apparently.
I am waiting for 1.8p as the buy and hold price. this morning the sp collapse below the falling trend and I bought some as a short term punt and cashed in at +10% when the sp returned near enough to the downtrend line and stalled. This of course made me evil as I made a short term profit whilst most LTH are now sitting on losses. Tread warily - the posters on here are not TOT standard if you get my drift.

Just done a trade on here - it is so volatile - took 10%.
Many are talking of multibagging without considering the downside. My opinion is that a buy out of assets which banks are looking at could value the share at between 8p and 10p - others have far bigger values. My concern here is that prior to the banks being known to be involved it traded at 0.5p and could go back there if it all falls through and the re has just been an rns warning us that is a possibility - there are no guarantees.
the cash flow also concerns me - they have very little income from mining and it's shut down for the winter - they are owed a bit from past mining. The CEO ramped the share through podcasts etc and got warrant holders to pay for shares on the back of the rise he initiated - he even forced some warrant holders to cough up - looks like they were desperate for cash. I am not saying he staged managed it all. However, the outcome was just what the company needed. the sp has dropped rapidly as many wake up to the downside and uncertainties. The last couple of rns are well worth reading as the board seem to be dampening expectations - all the warrants are converted and the company has the cash now - not saying these things are connected. The share is in a downtrend - will find you and post when I think the downtrend may be over - worth a small punt at the right price but don't put your house on it - I have my eye on 1.8p. p.s. the CEO says they have enough cash to get them through to the START of mining in march next year - income will be delayed and won't be much - beware a placing.

Now everyone can get back to 5p 10p 20p £5 predictions with no back up calculations (well any that make any sense at all).
I blame the shorters, the traders, the market makers - anybody but the Pi's who sold in droves and kept shtum. shh

stockdale - I am not always right. I thought the sp would peak at 3.2p last time - it didn't it went to 4p - I didn't expect that. Just look back at the utter nonsense posted on here over the past few weeks. I haven't changed any of my opinions as they are based on detailed research which I shared freely and got the usual vitriol. Anyway good luck - onwards and upwards eh - going to focus on other investments for now. 1.8p is still my fair value for buying and holding - it doesn't matter what the sp does in the meantime - trade it maybe - but I won't buy and hold above 1.8p.

Hi Pasul - I estimate the income for last year to be about £200, 000 and for next year without the contractors about £600,000. This isn't much and we have to bear in mind that the costs will be higher as they now have to meet the costs of the mining themselves and we have at least one extra body at the top to pay. I think they got rid of the contractors because they had a severe cash flow problem and they came up with the warrant strategy to get cash in - most obliged but some had to be forced to cash their warrants in for shares - not a good sign - desperation if you ask me. Anyway - the potential upside and downside is there and you choose what risk you want to take - bought at 2.25p and sold at a nice 10% profit this morning a tad below 2.5p - just £500 profit on my £6000 gamble but a profits a profit - most here are now sitting on losses - hope my post helps - nice to have a decent exchange on here.

The boards I normally post on stockdale frequently share valuable and accurate information and experienced opinion. They are very civil for the most part (although they all get stressed when the sp falls). Giving or sharing investment advice is ALL these boards should be about - I get your point though - this is like the muppet show and what's the point of trying to educate or inform Fozzy Bear - he just wiggles his ears and makes an incoherent noise. I should know better.

denby - they are currently mining at a substantial loss - hence the need for the warrant money. If there is no deal then capital will be needed - and in that case they may revert back to taking the $50 million - the sp back then was 0.5p.
This is a high risk gamble based on a deal being done (and the avoidance of dilution to get there). At 2.25p this morning the shares were just about on a reasonable price to warrant the risk of buying IMO. I cannot justify buying above 3.2p based on the valuations I have done and the risk I am prepared to take.
Good luck and remember that 'the dark forces' act at the top and bottom of the share price range - PI's only complain when they bring the sp lower but not when they take the sp higher. Fill your boots when it's cheap and cash in when it's expensive. Above 3.2p sell. At 2p or below - buy - have lowered the entry figure as the share is now in a downtrend.

Ticked your post up donotpanic - I agree with you and 2.7p to 2.8p is what I am expecting and probably today.

well I bought £6,000 worth at and average of 2.25p. I predict 2.7p by close today - what do you reckon.
p.s. The majority of posts on here today have been hilarious - my favourite - someone is tweeting the company to sort it out - can't get my breath - sooooo funny. made me chortle. It fell due to Pi's it rises due to Pi's - nothing board, market makers or Boris Johnson can do about it. - The clowns have it - the clowns have it - unlock.

This is where you should be thinking of buying - the total angst here by the 'investors' show just that - it is now at a reasonable price. It was massively overhyped before. Share is worth 1.8p to 2.2p IMO - sell if it gets back to 3.2p because then it will be overvalued - GLA.

It is very unusual for a share that has been declining for quite a while to do a v shaped recovery - particularly with no outstanding and unexpected news. it is much more likely that the bottom will be put in over a week or so and be erratic in nature but overall gently rounding until it starts it's upleg.
have we seen the bottom? Well there are two encouraging pieces of evidence from the charts - first the drop was met by an increase in volume as buyers stepped in decisively to mop up shares as others gave up. Second, when the market makers think a bottom is about to be put in - they drop the sp suddenly to trigger sells as they are confident of selling the shares at a higher price - they want to trigger sells so they can make bigger profits - this certainly happened yesterday.
other short term (weekly) indicators are fairly positive and longer term indicators are mixed - as you would expect in an indecisive period whilst the share is bottoming.
I think PI's have stopped the fall (?) and ii's will be needed to get it rising again - cue Knotty and his presentations.
But WTFDIK.

Step 1 - you prove the kit works. Tick.
Step 2 - you prove you have enough cash to break even point - no tick yet.
Step 3 - you move from loss to free cash flow - no tick yet.

Step 1 - arrests the sp slide and has us looking up not down - now.
Step 2 - gives us a lift in sp -to between 0.4p and 0.5p
Step 3 - sets in motion the steady upward sp motion - to .7p first target and then anywhere between 1p and 2p dependent on actual recovery rate and selling price of concentrate.

Yeah 2 weeks drill then blast 2 weeks drill then blast - simple.

Must be cash flow. They are going to monetise wells already drilled first and yhen use the cash to drill. Thats my understanding anyway.

jippyjazz - that is the most inane post so far today - no bad news - no bad news - WTF.

They don'y just yet - they have a small amount of money coming from the refinery as in my post and have rasied cash through hyping the company and getting warrant holders to take up the warrants now rather than later - they have obliged in the most part. the sure fire signal that they were desperate not to use the $50 million facility is there for all to see - I have never seen a company force it's own warrant holders to take up the shares before - they would do this to serious investors in the company only as a last resort - they have bitten the hand that feeds them.

The obligations that come with the cash would make it much harder to sell the assets.

The company produced 2100 ounces of platinum last year plus extras - giving aprox 2300 ounces platinum equivalent at an operating profit of about $250 per ounce which is just under $600,000 for the year and I believe most was by contractors so the company gets about $200,000 of that. Er hum - have I got the decimal point in the wrong place?
The warrants have been vital (hence the forced take up of warrants) to prevent a cash raise. The company says it has enough cash to START the next mining season in March. The income is tiny - placement is all but a certainty (yes I know there is $50 million to draw down - think why they won't do this)
The sp has been falling because people have finally woken up to the reality - which I have consistently posted all along - the company is scrambling around for cash to keep it afloat in the hope that it can sell the assets which are currently loss making when you add in the company overheads. Warrant holders have been selling (probably cleared) and now P.I's are selling as the real state of affairs sinks in. The contact at the company is right - nothing has changed - it has always been thus - p.s. those who are blaming the market makers should not be investing - really!!!
