Wonder when i get our 22p paid through our brokers
guys whats the view on the voting,i suppose we have no chance of voting against it been delisted, has the two main investors have 74% and they both agree to delist, they only need another 1%. i have a big loss on this, 1.do we sell now 2.do we wait till december for 3.72,not certain though 3.how will the matched bargaining trading work with broker. 4.or not sell and wait if they ever come back on the aim. did not understand the first paragraph , mentioning approval to cancel the admission of the company shares of 5p to trading on aim. any views and comments
guys are they going to pay us 5p for every share we hold if we vote for delisting?
thanks for your reponse, its a shame i originally was hoping for it to reach 60p and then sell never got there. wonder if we will get taxed by the broker on the 22p offer,if so worth selling now?
i have not been contacted by my broker,i hope i do not get missed off
Thanks stumbler
Do we get taxed on this or this goes straight into our trading account without charge. If we are taxed we might as well sell at the going price as it will balance it out . Please advise
