Reading the Q&A I still have not lost my optimistic view on RMS. Here are a few of my thoughts:
1. The BOD are fully aware of how shareholders currently feel about them. Would they insist on having a face to face AGM, if there was nothing positive to throw to the wolves when they attack? :) After all, they had the covid restrictions excuse to avoid facing them.
2. The delayed marketing makes total sense if they want to incorporate the new business name. Why pay for it twice. Many have complained that RMS was not mentioned anywhere, maybe Nanosynth will be mentioned once approved.
3. They have not made the 5 ply available yet, but state that FFP3 is being considered. No timeframe given is not necessarily “not happening “. I personally would prefer no timeline to missed deadline. I am doubtful that the new mask being produced by NHS has the P3F antiviral layer, but would love the surprise.
4. BOD being legally restricted from buying shares and continuing to be for some more time - no reason to believe they are being honest. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
5. Lobbying the government needs to be carefully considered to get the best value for money. Is this what the 2 upcoming events are meant to achieve? 6. Antiviral materials seem to be the future now. There’s talk about such materials to be used in covers for public transport seats, filters, hospital bedding, etc. Yes, there’s many that claim to have such materials developed out there, but the market is so big that even a fraction of it would make RMS very successful indeed.
Have a good day everyone.
