HOME REIT PLC - Tender Offer
Tender Offer.
9.53 pence in cash for each Home REIT Plc (Home REIT) Ordinary share successfully tendered.
You Have The Following Options:
1 Tender your holding of 19000 HOME REIT PLC ORD GBP0.01 shares.
If you elect to accept the Offer, your HOME REIT PLC ORD GBP0.01 shares will not be available for you to sell, unless this Tender lapses.
2 Tender part of your holding of 19000 HOME REIT PLC ORD GBP0.01 shares.
If you elect to accept the Offer, your HOME REIT PLC ORD GBP0.01 shares on which you have accepted the Offer will not be available for you to sell unless this Tender lapses.
Important Information & Other Key Dates:
On 7th January 2026, Southey Capital Ltd (Southey) invited holders of Home REIT to tender their shares at a rate of 9.53 pence per share successfully tendered.
The Home Reit shares have been suspended from trading for over two years, making them illiquid and difficult to sell, therefore Southey are making a Voluntary Tender Offer available to give you the option to sell your Home REIT shares.
If you tender your Home REIT shares, we don't yet know when the cash is expected to be paid. As soon as we receive this payment, we'll credit it to your account.
If you're sending your election to us in the post, it needs to arrive with us before 21st January 2026. We can't accept any late elections. You can call us before the deadline to put your election through by phone.
If you make an election, your shares will be held in a safekeeping account awaiting completion of the event. You won't be able to see them on your account.
The Tender Offer is subject to a minimum level of acceptance, and Southey reserves the right to not accept any tendered shares and to not purchase them. If the event doesn't complete for any reason any shares tendered will be returned to your account and we'll notify you.

Please ensure you submit your option before 21 January 2026 23:59 to enable us to process your instruction in accordance with the Company's current published timetable for this event. This timetable may change as explained above.
