I've taken a few more . I've said before that I don't buy into rig availability and that if Bo wanted it onsite, that AS would oblige and not keep him waiting months. I suspect with the recent rock assay results for Hydrogen, that Bo has been advancing next steps , be it a JV or something else. The compressor arrival has dictated start up and was ordered shortly after the purchase of the PSA plant.. seems a long wait, but if customised the lead times are often long.

Glancing in quickly it could appear very little happening, no Ingomar re entry , Inez awaits rig , no resource update & waiting for final piece of equipment. It wouldn't suprise me at all to get an announcement that nobody expected.

Bo moves quickly , something occurring IMO.

Re offtakes , I have zero concerns in regards to Bo executing the best possible deals for Hex.

It's a waiting game and yes it is frustrating and some will drift off , others will trade and some may even chuckle incessantly. I'm just waiting for the red dots..

I do wonder what cost versus what gain , these constant trade shows contribute to the extortionate monthly spend. Whilst generating sales is critical , I'd love to see the take up generated from attendance at practically everything anywhere and everywhere.

Strikes me that in the UK we sell to specific places & perhaps targeted onsite visits would be both cheaper & produce better results.

As usual he is bluffing and will he 100 % pursuing exiting all dependancy on China as fast as he can.

Retail just react without looming further than the end of their noses. The issue hasn't miraculously disappeared and it would be insane to not motor at full speed, to remove China's dominance.

I expect the program to decouple global reliance on China to continue at warp speed.

Cwalsh , you have gone from zero posts for years to multiple posts. Neither you nor I know exactly what David N's exact intentions are.

He certainly hasn't purchased the volume of stock that he has, in such a volatile share , without an end game plan. I very much doubt that he intends selling down before that goal is achieved. The current Bod are out of options, hence the proposed massive dilution and the refusal of shareholders to support it.

DN has sufficient funds to ensure a seat on the board and to dictate to a degree the terms of his financial assistance. He will know certain timelines that we are not aware of. He will know the duration that bridging is required.

Will he gain financially? Yes of course he will.

Will shareholders ? The answer to that is also yes if he manages to acquire a seat on the board and radically cut costs until the company reaches breakeven.

From a risk perspective it is a gamble, but with a high potential upside, that didn't exist with what the company offered the shareholders.

That offer required even further dilution next year. Now whether DN is prepared to further fund or raise next year at a substantially higher price , remains to be seen .. if things progress to an agreement between DN & the current Bod.

If the chairmen has any sense , he will recommend that the board engages fully with DN.

Time will tell.
