Hi Urraca , as far as we are aware, the June date still stands. The general consensus with LTH 's is a settlement agreed prior to June.
If there was any delay to the court date then they would have to issue an RNS ... which have been in short supply, to put it mildly!
Compared to many aim companies NCYT stands out because of its current cash position and we are all acutely aware of the plethora of companies who have struggled to raise and have consequently had to do so at ridiculous prices causing mass dilution.
It remains high risk .. but high gain potential also.
I still believe if it actually gets to court that Ncyt will win.
I haven't been phased by the leavers , except Paul Oladimeji and I personally don't think that was case related , think it was to do with the acquisition of Yourgene and the very different mgt style. Novacyt would have us believe that they 'run the show' looking at Yourgenes ex CEO and our interim CEO , I'm not so sure. I think he will give them all a wake up call, including Wakefield. Is that a good thing ? remains to be seen.
Think the shareholders have been treated appallingly, par for the course with aim.
No reason whatsoever imo that they couldn't make clear what their intentions are regarding a permanent CEO. If we win x will happen, if we lose then x will happen.
As to what R&D are working on , Gawd only knows, I certainly don't!
The information train stopped with GM's departure and we were fed a load of b/s about 100mm target , wasted time and money on a CEO who didn't cut the mustard and have never been proffered any form of explanation as to why he left or why the numbers ( approved by the CFO, now interim CEO) were so wildly inaccurate.
This is the last roll of the dice for me with Novacyt , I am more than fed up !
I still hold because I think we will win and that is the only reason. To even entertain not selling out the inf needs to start flowing and they need to crank up the RNS machine.

Broomtree, it mist definitely was NOT without 'any foundation' so YOU and Consuela can perhaps apologise , but I doubt it.

Something seriously wrong with you. Nothing shocking about saying ' suspected ' , he is , that is why he has resigned , that is what was reported.
I passed no comment as to his innocence or guilt , that is down to the judiciary.
He has now been charged.

They are hardly going to tell the truth.
They didn't select any shipyard as they had absolutely no intention of doing so and led many on a merry dance. Once they became aware that if they availed of the LUP that they couldn't guarentee their monopoly , they were 'out, out' and will justify it to explain their choice. If H& W had come in with the cheapest quote and had a healthy bank balance, they would still have gone the private route. The fact Harl are still pursuing this means the IOSSG will not be able to pay the loan, hence the derisory comments. Yeah its a farce.
I don't find it interesting , we've been privy to that before. I get the distinct impression that the IOSSG would stoop very low to maintain their monopoly and say anything. Shame the BBC reporter didn't pick up on what they've been up to with berths to try and prevent a competitor.
Might write and advise they listen to the recent presentation.
In your haste BT you describe the Steamship Co as a shipbuilder , don't think so. Odd you're so annoyed.
Assume because of a comment made by Neil Lucas that these were delivered to Appledore recently.

Broomtree , you acknowledge you posted a load of nonescence when it suits , my post doesn't ignore the subject matter, it merely provides some balance to yours, which indeed has many things missing.
A useless repetitive post of what every shareholder knows we are waiting for.
#me too ;)
Very unbalanced, as it ignores SeaRose win( 60 mill) master services agreement ( 3 mill, first order ) 10 mill worth of contracts Feb 2024, the preferred bidder Argy bargy contract ( 100 -120 mill ) potential , first small US contract ...blah blah. For balance :)
I envisage finance package & then Liberum making their move...
They are in a different league to many other brokers. Watch this space.
No fear in my camp, decision made and will wait.
Oh yeah , what some refer to as the jewel in...... decision from courts, followed by an announcement we've sold it for X amt. Reducing o/s loan , interest pyts and need for an equity rise. Hells bells might even consider a share buy back.
Very easy to be overly negative or positive.
I'll just wait too !
I'm sure we have tests for this.

Not impressed with either , the first had to be stage managed , the latter would have benefitted if it had been ;)
That being said, I think IOSSG have some mileage to travel if they want to establish a good working relationship with the council , as stated. I hardly think a public dressing down about posts they put on social media will be conducive in achieving that goal. 🤔
