YA global and Riverfort just bought large percentages too. They obviously all see value in the equity here. Which assets do they believe are valuable though? Are any of them for sale? This company does not give out enough information to the pi's.

It's likely damaged the share price short term and a few peoples pockets.

I've panic sold a fair few shares in my time and held on to some real losers for too long too.
This strikes me as the former and people selling up at this price when there is so much underlying value in the asset, are doing so out of fear rather than good judgement.
That's why I got so annoyed with yuris post as it was so utterly misleading beyond belief, to suggest 'cambay over, game over for oilex, big fine coming' then posting a link no-one can open without going through a very long subscription process where all they can see is "oilex in trouble"
I wouldn't be surprised if people sue him for that.

I don't think there will be too much downside to this price although this is aim and share prices often go through a fear/greed process far beyond most other markets.
I too will wait till it gets to a more sensible price to sell, even if that does take several months or years.
We'll hear soon enough if a deal is sorted or not. Quarterly report very soon...

Chancers you've sold out this week, purely out of frustration and now you obviously don't want it to go up because it will confirm that you are double wrong. Wrong for buying higher and selling lower and wrong for watching it go up in your face straight away if a deal is done.
It won't do you any good to try to make others do the same.
If you think the market will drift around at this price if a deal is done, waiting to let you back in before it goes up, you've got an awful lot to learn.

Fwiw, I think they'll have a deal done within weeks.

Their culture is to haggle until the very last second and do a deal.

It's not in gspc interest to go to arb as they'll likely lose. November 5 RNS. The court saw all of the documents and were on the side of oilex.

Both parties will waste a lot of time and money and it's a lose-lose situation to go to arb.

That's why gspc are playing hardball and getting the best deal they can.

There could of course be a little sell off next week if people get worried but once a deal is done, we will see multipled of the share price and people that sold in will get no chance to buy back. The price will just open up a 3 digit percentage at 8am one day imo.

When you post an article that no-one can read (without subscribing) other than the title 'oilex in trouble' then adding your own completely made up 'game over ,money gone, big fine for oilex and cambay over' etc. It clearly made holders think oilex is in huge trouble and the company is finished.

This is very unlikely but many will have sold in fear thinking you were summarising the article. You were not and completely making up what it was about.

You should be made to pay for anyone's losses and locked up for a long time in my opinion.

That post single handedly destroyed the sp and you had not even read the article. Your comments were completely made up.

This has clearly worried many oilex holders, damaged the sp and the value of all stakeholders.

I almost got scared myself but thought it's too low to sell anyway, even if very bad news is coming. This is bottom drawer for me until it gets to a more reasonable price to sell. I.e. at least double.
