I know investors who have rescued their positions buy averaging down aggressively. I got down from 6.7p to 3.1p. If I had had the funds, or been a trader, I might have got it down even more. If Mr Cameron was not grasping a low-ball offer with both hands, we would be getting a decent price for this. MONI is worth about 15p share, just in tax losses, so that would be a good starting point.

Fullstack, the real winners are the BOD. They get to "agree" the price with FISERV and this will guarantee their positions, remuneration and options with the new entity that. If they had been interested in shareholders, there would have been an alternative share offer in the new entity. This way, they cut us out and take the potential future benefit for themselves. Pigs not just IN the trough, but taking the trough and its contents away with them. Any counter bid would have to be hostile. They won't want anyone to interfere in their little deal. Makes one wonder if we have been deliberately starved of news to reduce the 'agreed' price.

VH FY2017 H1 report. Cash used in operations £4.7m. Cash at bank £27m. Reduced overheads. Reduced provisions. MVC revenue up 50% to £7.0m. MVC ebitda up 300% to £3.2m. MVC revenue up 146% in France, Germany, USA and Australia. Out of cash this year? For any lie to be successful, there has to be something believable in it, however small.

I believe these new posts to be from new investors / traders. You obviously state that you think they are false. Why would anyone do that? It doesn't make any sense to me. Beetham will remember them well. They shorted Quindell from 40p, spurred on by the "Bust by Christmass" fools. Boy, those guys took a real drubbing. I can't remember where they caved in, but they went down to the tune of about £6-7m. Same thing will happen here. Shorters have to buy back. The drift down was unpleasant, but I'm sure going to enjoy the ride back up. If anyone has been scared off the pot by these doommongers, as always happens, remember this lesson for next time. GLA
