Placing shares were tradeable yesterday.

People can guess all they like about what each trade is, but unless you KNOW, then it is just a stab in the dark.

I KNOW that 22m shares have been nabbed by LTHs today.

The way is now clear for good news.

Bob, those 4,495,000 and 495,000 trades are my bed and ISA from last week.

The broker got the trade wrong. I put 20k in my ISA, and he sold 4,495,000 from my trading account, but only bought 495,000 in my ISA account.

Now sorted.

No more unexplainable sells!!

I was buying loads at 0.55-0.6p after the “no more placings” agm, so have been making the most of these prices.

30% discount to last year and about to ramp up production.

Bargain, in my humble, non-ramping opinion.

The cut off was 4.30pm last Friday.

I exercised my warrants, but was able to sell any number of shares as soon as the RNS came out, as could any of the other warrant holders.

I sold none and have bought four times in the past month.

High time we had some news, ESPECIALLY on Sao Martinho, as bob pointed out.

Long overdue.

Why would anyone go for $10m ebitda with second hand or dodgy kit, as per WLFE, when you can get the backing of a world leading financial institution and shoot for $30m ebitda????

The man is playing a blinder!! I bet he has a very good purpose for the £1m+ raised by the warrants. I bet if he can share that info with us, the sp will start looking much, much healthier!

Good to know that you have enough faith in wresources to keep holding those 5m shares.

oldskool, I can’t blame you for going where you can make a few pounds. Nothing at all wrong with that, in my book.

Furthermore, I expect that is what the majority of this board wants and I agree with you that Mr Masterman is not delivering in that respect. I can see why most of the board is disappointed in his performance, although to be fair, it would be almost impossible for him to keep everyone happy, all of the time. If he spikes the price, it suits sellers, but not buyers. If he drops the price, it suits sellers, not buyers.

To be fair to him, I just think he tries his best to promote Wresources, in the best way he can. Getting in the money, spending it carefully. According to all the anecdotal evidence, he spends it extremely carefully!.

There is a vast spectrum of shareholders here, from traders to LTHs and I can guarantee that many will have sold 50-100% of their holdings, before Tonnacombe, I or a handful of investors sell ANY of our holdings.

I don’t need a return on WRES until 2020. As long as the plant gets built properly and safely, I really can wait for big returns.

It’s all about risk, reward, timescales and perspective, imho.
