I was invested in REM a few years ago. By total fluke, I was flying to Gran Canaria and got talking to the chap in the next seat, as you do when you have dropped off, wake up with a start and tip a load of red wine in the lap of your chinos.
The fluke was that he was a lithium mining engineer, en route from Canada to Morocco, in business. Long story short, he told me that recovering lithium was vastly complicated, requiring a string of different processes. The really hard part, was that the processes required in one part of the mine might differ from those required 50m away from that spot, then change again after the next 100m.
That’s why I love wres. Blast it, grind it, spiral it, dry it, bag it, sell it.
Simple, very low capex.
