I reckon the rns today was just setting the scene for the real news to come.

By getting the cash and cash burn figures put out now, it removes any questions about financial stability, need for placings, etc, so the market can just focus on the good news, no questions asked.

AN could have made that rns any time during the previous three months, so why now, other than to set the scene?

The second and third claims are related to their first claim. Arbitration for both claims should, logically, follow their first claim, rather than anyone else’s claims, be they like the GreenX claim, or another partially awarded claim, or even a rejected claim.

There is zero read across to unrelated claims.
