So the PHE price sits there, still rubbish. Pis have no idea when to buy, because there are flippers who want to get out, but want to make a few hundred quid in the process. How long will that last, but you still have hundreds of millions of warrants waiting to be sold into any sp rise.
TCF was handled totally differently. I’m in no position to decide if the placing could have been done at 0.3p, 0.5p or whatever, but I have to assume that’s the price required to raise the cash they needed to get OX-1 over the line and to reach that “inflection point”.
The placing process hurt me, for sure. I sold my pf down, when I didn’t want to, but I bought as many placing shares as I possibly could. I now hold 0.8%, but with a massive loss in my pf.
Someone was moaning earlier that Mr Kight hadn’t held his corner. He bought 21.5m placing shares. That’s another £53,750 he funded TCF with. To hold his corner, he would have to chuck in another £116.5k. Everyone else may feel like he is letting the side down, but I don’t.
Instead of having 8% of whatever SFX-01 could have given him, he now has 2.6% of whatever SFX-01 could have given him, PLUS 2.6% of OX-1 and DAT.
Honestly, I didn’t pay enough attention to the takeover of Chronos, but I am now. The addressable market is MASSIVE and if Huw is correct, in that the OX-1 is 4000 times more specific to the Orexin 1 receptor, then OX-1 is a slam dunk.
Look at the holdings RNSs FFS. You think they all invested to fund Huw’s lavish lifestyle?
No, I don’t think so either. While you’re at it, as yourself why you aren’t buying below placing price, because far smarter people than us have paid more than the current offer.
Doh!!!
