This is exactly what Michael Saylor was saying to Peter Wall. MS predicts that in 2022, there will be up to 20 US listed miners with a total mcap of $40-50bn.

Probably not, but I’ll be happier when that EFT has to get a 9% weighting in ARB. MMs need shares to provide that, so please step up weak holders. The sooner you gift the MMs your stock, the sooner they can walk the sp back up.

Hexam, thanks for that correction. Issuing new shares would explain the $20m borrowing recently. Maybe the Nasdaq listing will be later than was first planned, so a financial stopgap measure had to be put in place to fund current expansion until post ipo.

Not sure it will be $500m, but I bet Michael Saylor, Microstrategy, or both, will be buying in.

First off, I apologise for doubting your post. I asked you to put up or shut up and you have have found TheeDuke's post at 0809 on 28th June. I certainly did not see it, or ant post that referred to it. Usually I'm very focused on trades just after market open, but anyway I was not aware of that.

I understood from that that "people" had been predicting 400btc for July, but it turns out to be a single post from TheeDuke. Also ArgoBull's point, that it may not have been an outrageous call, given our share of the hash rate at the time.

It was not a significant comment on his part, or on your part, except for my escalation, for which I apologise again.

I try my best not to predict anything, sp or bitcoin price, as I see too many variables, but I hope we see your January prediction of £8.80 by EOY.

I agree with all of that. PW couldn’t give our figure, but didn’t want to avoid an answer, so gave that “hypothetical “ ballpark figure. I’ll bet that’s not that far away from our figure, but I take your point about immersion cooking and overclocking.

I can’t wait for some ePic news either. They are looking at radical chip designs, specifically tailored to specific coins. That could be another real winner.
