Why does that surprise you? There is only one English employee and he has never been to LP.

Mining rig supply used to be a bottleneck, but the China crackdown changed that overnight.

The bottleneck is now infrastructure, which is being solved by Texas, in our case. Mining rigs will be available when we need them.

The wording of the RNS is interesting. “ However, based on limitations of technology, Argo and ePIC have agreed to amend the agreement.” To me, this says that the novel chip architecture being developed by ePic is not ready for production. ePic are designing a chip from basics and planning to bring out a next generation miner. I think it will be worth the wait.

Elon Musk doesn’t want the legislation because it approves Bitcoin but not Doge. I’m not sure about ETH. I think Gensler has that down as a security.

Btc is about to go super mainstream, championed by none other than Gary Gensler, head of the SEC, principally because Bitcoin is NOT a security, while virtually every other crypto IS a security and will have to file with the SEC, sooner rather than later.

The SEC has already opened 72 cases against “suspected” crypto securities. The smart money will get out of xxxxcoin and into Bitcoin.

I believe that’s part of the reason why MS is sticking to his $220k btc valuation for October.

Anyway, that’s my humble opinion.

I think you are listening to the wrong retail investors.

Bitcoin has risen 50% in 20 days. I calculate that should add at least £1 to the sp, but you can work that out yourself.

Yes, PW could have ordered a few thousand rigs and mined a few more Bitcoin, but he has chosen a strategic investment in Texas, with cheap energy and cheap finance. The pack look like they are drawing away from us, but infrastructure is the bottleneck and solving that is the key to future success.

Gary Gensler has said it at least five times. Most cryptocurrencies pass the Howey Test.

1. It is an investment of money
2. There is an expectation of profits from the investment
3. The investment of money is in a common enterprise
4. Any profit comes from the efforts of a promoter or third party.

All these crypto “projects” are securities, as defined by the Howey Test. They need to be registered with the SEC. The SEC has brought 72 cases against firms that have NOT registered as securities. Gensler has urged crypto firms to turn themselves in and engage in dialogue.

Bitcoin is NOT a security and does not need to be registered. When the first couple of crypto firms get fined, burned, shut down, whatever the sec decides to do with them, cryptoheads will be trampled in the rush for the fire exits and, if they get away with any cash, will head for the only game in town.
