Sorry. I didn’t manage the effort to read to the end of your post, but yes. You are correct. We have not reached $40m ebitda. So yes. That much is obvious. We haven’t got there, so I’m still waiting.

Well, that’s spooky. My new iPad arrived this afternoon, three weeks after ordering. I do t like sitting at a laptop and the phone is a real fag.

I think this project can still work. The play was always low concentration, high throughput, but what will make this sing is soaring commodity prices, which are a natural consequence of infrastructure investment

Categorically, the car park is inside the gated area. Security check at the gate, then driven inside.

I have been to LP five times. The admin buildings were not there when I went in 2016. Nothing was. Just me, Fernando and another investor. There was a digger and three trenches, ten metres apart. The seams of scheelite were clearly visible in the sides of the trenches.

The admin buildings were not there when I went in 2017 or 2018. They were there when I went in August 2020. It may have been July. I came back on the day before Portugal went on the UK red list. Anyway, no way are they old.

The guard box is not glass and has aircon. Clearly, you don’t sit in a glass box at 47c.
