I apologise. I meant no disrespect at all. There is a way of doing things on Nasdaq, as everywhere else. These NEDS have a reputation to maintain and nickel and diming your employer is not a good look. Diverging from the norm is not that great for ARB either. Cheap is not something that looks good when you deal with other top tier companies.

Anyway, it’s way above my pay grade to second guess PW and it wouldn’t matter a jot to him, whatever I thought. Still, shareholders disagreed with PW and me on resolution 2, so he will have to think again, if he wants to retain his new hires. I think they are crucial to the IPO, but that’s just my view.

But to address your main point, I will try to remember not to comment on your posts.

Don’t know how you would do that. If they were sales reps, you could reward them on targets, but these kind of networkers are a bit above that, I think.

PW is positioning ARB for Nasdaq. The people he has hired expect Nasdaq terms and conditions. That’s what resolution 2 was about. It was rejected, so PW has to find a solution. If the new hires don’t like the terms and conditions ARB has to offer, they can always do the other thing.
