You see all the trades and the prices, but they make the perception of the trades. Why do they want them to look like sells? Either way, there will be more additions to the IIs hoarding, which Mike will probably tell us about overnight.

There are so main investments out there. They are consistent in not giving investors all the information they want, at all material times.

ARB is no different. If you need to be spoonfed, you will have to wait until the next mealtime.

If you can’t wait for that, there are loads of places you can snack at.

No, not mad and a very good spot. Information has been provided early, so has to be changed from the original version to the final version, in a consistent, regulated way. They are doing that, but just changing detail in the registration document, without and accompanying RNS would be asking for trouble.

I suppose the alternative would have been to finalise the registration, then file it. Obviously this way suits PW better.

Just my view.

That’s what the RNS system is for - disseminating information. If something isn’t clear, it’s usually because investors want to be spoon fed with the whole shredded wheat, all at once.

Why not speculate on delivery of rigs, or who will join TerraPool, or when the Texas facility car park will be finished, or what the proposed employee/restroom ratio will be. So much detail they deliberately refuse to tell us. Maybe they want to hide the important stuff from us???

You have missed nothing, as usual. There are two figures - the original $75m in the IPO draft registration document and the 7.5m ADSs in the legally compliant RNS.

The former MUST change but the latter CANNOT. Well, it could be replaced by a correction, but that’s not how it’s supposed to work.

That’s an excellent plan! I bought £12k of GGP in a placing sometime in the decade before last. I got so depressed seeing the red, 98% loss on my pf that I gave them away to charity, along with my BMN.
