I know many of you follow Mike in Twitter for his excellent updates on II holdings. In case you don’t, here is the content of today’s update

Peter Wall has no worries. He has the money he needs from the poor, the huddled masses.

If the poor huddled masses want to give their shares away cheaply, it has ZERO effect on him, or the company.

Where we see how many cheap PI shares the MMs have harvested to feed the institutions.

I was initially disappointed that over 144k RobinHood accounts had bought in the IPO, then I thought, well, that really broadens the shareholder base and raised awareness about ARB.

I now think that they are happy to make 50 cents or a dollar per ADR and they think they are kings and queens of Wall Street. Maybe we just have to wait until 140k of them sell up and seek their fortunes elsewhere?

Something’s got to give.

How many people are aware of the stock-to-flow model for btc? 100m? 200m?

Suppose 5% of those people really believe in it, 30% think it has a reasonable chance of happening and another 40% think it’s unlikely, but possible. Then suppose they decide to buy btc because it will, should or might go to $100k and decide to put in $100 each, on average.

Then you have maybe around $1bn buying in, based on the model and starting fomo, even before the btc Futures ETFs start up? Ok, there’s no way of predicting those numbers accurately, but it seems a reasonable theory.

The RNS CLEARLY states.

“ The machines are expected to increase Argo's hashrate by over 2 Exahash and are expected to be delivered and installed at the Company's future Texas facility in monthly batches from Q2 2022 through Q3 2022”.

I repeat, again, that nowhere does the RNS state that ARB has to pay $70m+ before benefiting from the new machines.

I’m not explaining this to to you again. I don’t image that you were thick enough to not understand the RNS first time round, so I’m putting you down as obtuse.

I’ve reached my tolerance level for obtuse for today.
