Sorry, but not sorry. You chose to sell out and wait for a lower entry, like LongInvestor and probably many others. Now the price is going away from you, simply because btc is breaking out. It could have worked for you and I definitely should have done it from £3.50, £2.50 and £1.60.

RobinHood had more than 144,000 PIs in the IPO. They are very inexperienced, on average and I expect many of them are delighted to make a 10% ROI. We have to wait until they sell, or churn.

ARBKF has also been shorted since it listed.

I agree. Quite a few times I lost the rag with my kids. Sometimes people are just to thick, obtuse, or selfish to relate to them. I always regretted rising to their baiting, but I had to get on with it. It was my job to look after them, regardless of how tedious they were.

Agreed. If you watch the short level on ARBKF, you will see that it varies daily, just enough to control the share price. The Us institutions will be milking us for all they can get. As if the IPO wasn’t discounted enough. But greed is what keeps them on top.

I think GUG has been buying for a couple of weeks now. Don’t forget how he always seemed to be one step ahead of the RNSs, for months, if not years.

I fully expect a good RNS from WRES now, solely based on his absence and the recent share buying.

I’ve always doubted Pop. He has been in and out the green box a few times now, but is in there fir good. There’s a small chance he isn’t a troll, but the depressing tone of his posts sealed it for me.

flowerpot999, Gensler has called crypto the Wild West and said that investors need to be protected. The Howey test is very simple. ETH, which Henry Quan called “Evil” and a tool for Wall Street to get richer at the expense of ordinary investors, is a prime example of a coin that is controlled by a small group of its “owner”. They decide when to “burn” coins and change their scarcity and value. The SEC May shirk that tackle, because of its popularity, but it’s a prime example of a ****coin. ETC is controlled by no-one, like Bitcoin, so should be ok.

Anyway, apart from accidentally having exposure to $YOP, my only interest is in the superiority of Bitcoin.

What makes it funny? The SEC and the Howey test are real enough. They are dealing with firms that “come in to them and have a discussion “..I don’t know how long it will take them to ge5 round to Pluto Digital and $YOP, or if something will change between now and then.

I didn’t know about the Howey Test when I bought PD and nobody asked me if ARB should buy 25% of PD, but it has. As soon as it IPOs, I’ll be taking the cash. And if ARB loses the £7-8m it paid fo 25% of PD, that’s just tough .
