As per my deleted post yesterday, PLY has made it very clear that RP is responsible for the funding and GFSC extension so he won’t be to blame when this goes down the pan.

Why don’t Valereum Plc sell their NFT subsidiary for £30-35 million as that’s how much they valued it at?

Interesting post from a more balanced member of the echo chamber who also knew the share would be suspended as the GSX deal was a RTO;

The share is suspended and have an outstanding loan. The loan is repaid by issuing shares. They can’t dump shares when the company is suspended. It’s only a matter of time until the company goes into administration. To repay the loan they will get the stock the company owns in Vinanz. It’s all over. Lessons learned and move on.

So the so-called saviour and god PLY has messaged in the echo chamber. 

He clearly states (which was not at all necessary) funding and GFSC negotiations are RP’s responsibilities. Throwing RP under the bus again LOL.

RP & PLY (and admin Pete) we’re pushing ME soooo much, why not secure funding from the ME?

Why would GFSC give another extension? RP & PLY can’t secure funding which does not give an ounce of confidence!

How can they pay for anything going further?

We all thought the current US funding facility was awesome until 2 years later David Lenigas let slip it was Yorkville and look at what they have done.

Terms & Conditions are very important with the new funding, until these are released it’s a no go from me.
