New chairman is underwhelming. If he can get Patrick back on the books for less than half his previous salary that’ll be a bonus otherwise he’ll continue to rinse the shareholder funds.

Jack Sun has 2 million share warrants and will be looking to sell along with RP’s shareholding. Let’s not forget David Lenigas who’ll Dump as his best buddy is no longer involved.

I still don’t believe this company will go anywhere. It’ll be another waste of time and money (the latter they don’t have).

Read the bottom of every RNS. Directors sign off every RNS. PLY is just as accountable as RP.

We’d all like to know what he has been working on since he joined the company. He kept saying he’s working hard behind the scenes. Now the GSX deal is as good as dead and he’s resigned he cannot hide behind MPNI anymore.

Richard is as slimy as they come, so wouldn’t hold thy breath. He got away with PCGE.

Why not go after Patrick L Young too? He is just as guilty as he co-signed all the company RNS’s and has pocketed more shareholders’ money than Richard.

In Feb 2023 Patrick stated in the tg group RP is working on ‘exciting funding’ and for the last 3 months Patrick has made it very clear Richard is responsible for the funding. So, Patrick must’ve known this was about to fail.

Well the money for 50% of the GSX is in escrow so it’s still not in my opinion.

Anyway, I do agree luckily for the shareholders the stock is suspended as the last RNS would’ve dropped the share price below 2p imo.

RP needs an extension first if he is to look for other funding.

As per usual nothing from the Company and PLY is working hard behind the scenes building his exchange Time Machine Lol.

Like most of us I was expecting an update RNS last week.

Let’s assume the deal is dead as funding will not be secured or extension denied. Will Vlrm get the £2m back from GSX Group?

If they do, will the directors take their salaries that are due to them? Remember they still haven’t delivered anything to date.

Shameless PLY told his worshippers in the echo chamber tg group that RP is working to secure ‘Exciting Funding’ back in FEB 2023.

Also, the exec director makes it very clear on multiple occasions that he does not share the company’s responsibilities with the chairman. Yet, at the end of every RNS the director/chairman sign off every RNS 🧐😂
