I'm talking about oil price in general. The only thing that is likely to push things to 80 dollars is if Iran blocks strait of Hormuz or either of them starts using nuclear, both which seems unlikely

Looks like it's more concerned about the looming recession than oil shock from war. This could reverse down if the fed doesn't cut rates.

I agree, it is political suicide.

However what I am observing is that they are certainly getting support from democracies like UK and US. Would have thought killing a ton of civilians in Gaza would have done the job but the aggression continues so who knows where it will end....

Stop speculating on share price and focus on quality of asset and management. Sam has a quality asset he just needs time to prove it. The valuation will eventually catch up. It may take years. Look at where GGP is now. This is on the same level in term of quality of asset. Don't invest in money that you can't lock away for five to ten years.

We just need the blockage of Strait of Hormuz to send oil to triple digits. Things are developing fast and we are still early here. I think from my limited research jse is better positioned than last year to take advantage of higher oil prices.

Larger cap moving steadily. ITH up 7percent. It's harder for larger funds to buy in size here.
