The shares are yet to hit the market, but it feels to an extent that this news was already priced in to the sp, esp given what is known (ref Isle's excellent post). Lets see. The block listing will also save a lot of admin costs. Hopefully onwards and upwards we go.

Not sure. Block listings can be for various things so it is hard to tell, but looks as though they are making provision for the warrants (block listing will certainly help keep admin and costs down associated with warrants). I wonder if they are expecting a flood of conversions? It is dilution of course, which is something they said in recent RNS was not their preferred approach to any funding. Probably inevitable that there would be some dilution. More questions than answers!

Armadale Capital plc, the AIM quoted investment group focused on natural resource projects in Africa, announces that application has been made for the Block Admission of 83,274,220 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares" and "Ordinary Shares"), ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. These New Ordinary Shares may be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of existing Warrants and Convertible Loan Notes by their respective holders.

It is expected that admission will become effective in the New Ordinary Shares on 23 June 2020 ("Admission"). The Company's issued share capital currently consists of 459,519,667 Ordinary Shares, with no shares held in Treasury.

Change of direction. Those flipping warrants / notes now done so in enough quantity to meet there persona requirements I wonder

Results are due this month for example and we could see a climb as date nears. Whether that will happen is open to question as the market ( one would think ) kind of knows they are going to be good given RNS and investor presentation. Might even go back to 2p

No need for that Gidget. I’ve been in this share a long time and had some good conversations on the board. As I stated I may well buy back in.

I sold all early this morning - nervous about the market generally and took 30% profit (achieved through combo of high risk averaging down and rising SP). Amazing in many ways as this was a basket case before Shuan & co arrived. As pumpky said, its a great BB and good luck. May well be back in again - who knows!

Flurry of conversions continues. Coincidence as we move to this 'crucial inflection point' ? People needing personal cash or ( I like to think ) now taking positions. The profit level is good, but are eyes on a bigger prize.

Like most (very) LTHs its encouraging to see some action here and I've just bought in again and averaged down to 1.79p. Been invested so long that any original capital that I get back out will seem like profit!

I can't ever recall them meeting a promised deadline for announcements and reference to other AIM companies is irrelevant. I was simply contextualising for the BB. Regardless it's by and large ultimately a moot point as they have generally delivered (late) what they have said.

ACP's track record of meeting announcement deadlines is dreadful, more than likely this blackrock play is simply a coincidence (but I hope not...)
