Getting the CEO appointment correct is critical both for market confidence and taking the business successfully forward. The negative group on this board might admit that the nanotechnology has potential...., but without an experienced leader there is a marked lack of direction. An appointment (a good appointment) is the first and key piece in the jigsaw for me, from this point. From that other matters will slowly fall nicely in to place. Worth +25% intraday one will find.

On AIM, market cap is often irrelevant for the tiny companies as up to a point the market cap is sentiment driven. £18m represents a micro cap and therefore is barely a factor worth concerning ourselves at this stage. Additionally, with (for arguments sake) £5m cash at bank and some other assets, the IP is currently valued at only around £12 or £13m... buttons for a listed company. If (and that is and 'if') there was say a £5m contract announcement, you can see very clearly just how much this could increase.

Poor - well stated. The tech behind the mask is the gold here (well hopefully). The mask thing might not even play out, key is the nanotech. The mask failing isn't what will cause this company to go down, it will be an inability to monetise the tech. Let's keep this in mind - I do - and try and ignore the noise about the pigging mask.

this share is a good example of that tired old adage about money going to patient people. I've been tempted to sell a few times, but really where would be better for your money be if you play with securities (that's a generalisation but you get my sentiment)

I've got a core holding of 6 companies in which I'm invested. Broadly, 5 out of 6 of the bulletin boards offer an informative and balanced debate (obv there are still some moonbeam posts and the odd wacko), so what I don't really get is the vitriol that accompanies this bulletin board. Where does it stem from and why does it perpetuate without any sign of abating... Come on guys.. give it a rest.
