Very positive 'meet the company' evet today. The main drag on results was the rail contract and that has been exited. Dropping growth from 14% to 6%. Lots to look forward to with this cash generative business.

A period of consolidation at this level is no bad thing. The sp was c 0.5p as little as 4 weeks ago. Boom and bust is not what we want here and keeps traders away. Plenty time for this to multi-bag. The tiny market cap will be shown to be ridiculous when the first tie-up / collaboration is announced. And then from that, the the take-over....

This was trading at around 0,5p as recently as 3 weeks ago; its got a tiny market cap; and potentially a 'breakthrough' in medical science. Of course its going to be volatile - high / lows / dips / peaks etc; but if the breakthrough is just that then whether the sp is 2p, 3p, or 5p is simply irrelevant. Even if you add a zero to thats still not enough of where this could go.

I placed my bet £2.5k @ c3.1p on the day the 'breakthrough' RNS was issued. Then bottom drawered it. I liked the evocative terminology given the sector IMM are in. I've said before I see this as quite a binary play, with little middle ground. Fingers and toes are crossed the 'breakthrough' is monetised - if it is, whether the sp is 3p or 4p or 5p will be irrelevant.

This is really quite binary - the 'breakthrough' is either just that and the current mcap is a distant thing of the past (1000%+ gains) or its a pffffft and this drops 50%+. A breakthrough in the medical world is an incredible thing.

Tim (from RNS) 'positioning us at the forefront of innovation in autoimmune disease therapies." if we take this statement at face value, the translation to revenue could be off the charts. Big Pharma bidding war. However, we don't have any details yet.... so sp movement is speculative for now.

The questions to be answered are:

1. What exactly does 'breakthrough' mean in this context and

2. How can the 'breakthrough' be monetised?

Once we know and providing the answers are positive then this will re-rate many many multiples. It's a waiting game and a not without considerable risk. A feeble follow up to the 'breakthrough' RNS and this will tank. I'm comfortable being in though and await the mother of all RNS.

It could go wrong, but equally if there is a "breakthrough" then whether the SP is 2, 2.5p or 3p 'should' be irrelevant. I'm sitting back and will wait and watch it play out.

300+% wont touch the sides for many here if you look at the 3yr chart. Value destroyed for any LTH (poor sods). Not an unsurprising rise given J&J link, but what does it mean in terms of cash? That is missing. Well done to those who have got in and out for a bag today.
