the director's sell off last week was strange IMO ............ regardless how wealthy he is he must have been advised that it was a decent price to sell at ............. which I find mind boggling as the CEO reckons we are undervalued and we have a seriously positive quarter and beyond to luck forward to.

Essentially, the sooner we get the NASDAQ money flowing the better....... AIM is lunacy.

Indeed, we seem to have a huge amount of folk with shares who are happy with a very quick 10/20% with no interest in holding firm for a x3/5/10 gain. The £1.10 "deal" has provided folk with a valuation above which there are more sellers then buyers ............ for the moment........ that will change very quickly. I'd class a month as a moment in an investment whereas many in AIM seemingly view a day as an age !!!!

Any retrace isn't due to LOAC selling to make a short term gain.... That's a loony view..... It's just likely there's more wanting to sell than buy at levels above the 1.10 deal price.

After Thursday's rns we spent most of the day at 1.10.... Without news we will quite likely creep back towards that. Lots of folk bought in at up to 1.80 before previous RNS. ..... It's all semantics..... We shall multibag from here without doubt IMO

All of this support talk is a load of t0ss..... Wannabe Traders trying to sound knowledgeable ..... This could rise of fall 20% over the course of two days without news. We are on AIM and the future is bright but AIM is essentially penny stocks

As a LTH I'm not concerned about shortterm fluctuations

I reckon until we hit NASDAQ we will still be at risk of AIM volatility etc

The share price should remain the same on both exchanges...... There may be times that's not the case but overall it will be.

A NASDAQ listing will be fabulous for 4D and for us invested here..... We've all seem the volatility for want of a better word that AIM can bring even after good news.

Q1 was getting close so we now have a funding solution well into 2021.

Regarding charts ............... try and chart will the next colour be red, black or green on a roulette table. That's all charts are essentially.

There will be a major player interested in the IBS phase 2 results ........... it has huge potential to be a constant revenue stream post phase 3.
NASDAQ listing is also on the to do list.
Can't let the lunacy of yesterday bother you IMO ................ loads of folk wouldn't have sold at £4 yesterday if the market went the other way yet they bailed out with a good RNS ......... really not investor behaviour.

Presentation reiterated the aim is that post phase 3 the drug can and will be prescribed as a safe and beneficial treatment for IBS. Can't really get better than that to be fair at a phase 2.
