Many thanks for your comments. I write all of our releases, I promise that I know exactly what I can and can’t say. I will just try to ensure that this forum has the correct information because, as you say, some members may have different agendas. I think I am done for today and off to have some food, and maybe a glass of wine, after all, I am technically on holiday 😎

Quite often listed companies get accused of not communicating enough with retail investors. My email address and phone number is on the IR section of our website, along with my picture. Hopefully, by trying to engage in this site, I can be even more professional and interact in the appropriate way, to said retail investors, who are often over-looked.

I promise you, this is the account of Justin Scarborough, Head of IR at ITM. I started an LSE account today so that, when some questions are asked, I can try to answer them eg earlier today about our year-end trading update. In addition, I will try to ensure, that where I see any uninformed comments, despite publicly available information, that I will try to set the record straight. As for me being on holiday in Corfu, I most definitely am, not exactly price sensitive information. Have a nice evening everyone, dinner beckons for me.

Thank you for the comment but please don’t worry about that, I most definitely understand the regulations and after all, having spent the first 27 years of my career in the City (buy side and sell side), I would hope so to!

Just a planned holiday, not had one for 7 months, and despite arriving on Saturday, I worked on Sunday, worked for the first half of today and will have more to do over the week. In my role, there is no such thing really as a holiday but that goes with the territory and I certainly would not want any sympathy, mostly because I love what I do and I remain tremendously excited about what lies ahead over coming months and years for ITM🙏🏻

As we have also previously stated, our sales funnel/pipeline has a wide-ranging geography as well as a distribution of end uses/sectors/industries. We are the ONLY electrolyser OEM that has a product portfolio with this reach and capability (from sunny Corfu - holiday, but work, well my passion for ITM, has no bounds although having mostly dealt with today’s RNS, it is now time for sunshine and a cold beer 😎) Εβίβα!

I will try to participate more regularly, to ensure all ITM followers have the CORRECT information 😎

Justin from ITM here. At the time of the increased FY25 guidance a few weeks ago, the RNS stated that we do not plan to issue a trading update in June because it would only repeat what we said with the guidance change. Next regulatory reporting is our Prelims on 14 August, regards, Justin
