I totally agree with what you are saying and it seems as though they have parties involved… it just seems a weird way to go about acquiring land before confirming the lending facility is in place to work the asset - to me it is like buying a rolls Royce then asking about to see if anyone wants to put in the petrol and have a ride - just seems a bit daft not to have a full tank or in this case a sack of cash on hand before deciding to buy the asset- if not having the cash gives the impression to mr market we are not funded it will inevitably send the SP lower .

neo has *****on on its team i’m sure funding can not be a hard ask for him to speak with wealthy mates - who wouldn’t fund an asset like ours - and why would we

even buy such a piece of land if we didn’t already have an investor willing to fund it - seems like they must have this and are literally playing the market to find the best time to tell the market

Can anyone help me understand why a reported 17 billion worth of uranium and gold is owned by neo yet the price doesn’t not reflect 1% of that value in the ground - how does a company that owns land containing the resource is not valued higher by the market ??

Make me wonder if he knew he wouldn’t get news to us by month end .. resulting in a drop in SP to allow his mates to buy in before they drop the news that will send this higher- who knows - seems a bit odd to say we would have news and then not come up with the goods - the board must know this isn’t a good look 😳
