If the big boys still thought a buyout / bagger was on the cards for pog, they would be all over this share like a rash.
They not interested anymore - the share price says it all.

Those thinking no Tr1’s mean no big shareholders have jumped ship as justification, are misguided.

Is it possible for you to confirm the 5 largest shareholders and % they hold in Petropavlovsk please.
Approx % would suffice, but could I ask for the most current info you have at hand please.

Our three largest shareholders are UGC (29%), Prosperity Capital (10%) and Everest Alliance (5%). These are the only holders who, by virtue of the number of shares held, are required to disclose their shareholding (see TR1s in the Regulatory News section of our website).

The next 2-3 largest holders at the moment are nominees (eg. brokerages) representing numerous retail holders.

this is to 30th April - so much could have changed in May... but this looks to me as though

top 20 - institutions / funds
sold = 600m shares vs bought = 35m shares

and their ownership status is < 5% (roughly £ 3m)

if i've read this right

assuming strukov still has his 29%
other long termers (van eck etc,.) still have their 10-15% combined........

Do p.i's now own 50% ? - it's not unreasonable to assume as that's only 30m quid afterall ??

Any body got any thoughts.... in fact please take me down on this one!!

There are investors reading posts on here with genuine concerns, (and money at stake) - if bullish posts always dominate the narrative, how are we supposed to get a balanced / informed view ?
