Just googled, the 8.3 has to be done in 10 working days from the offer period start, which would be today. So I'm not sure it means anything special.

But if JD and has crosses 30%, then has to be a minimum of 111p due to his purchases last Feb 17th.

And why not wait a few days? Maybe because he thinks the bid needs to be higher than 111p anyway?

As for my clarification for you. I looked at the material you linked, and one part states ambiguously "highest price paid" and another part later "by the offeror". Plus I've seen it a dozen times clarified on this board yet you're going on about the highest prize paid by anyone in the last year, so thought I'd help you out.

A few questions on offer rules:

- if an offer comes in, are we informed before it's rejected / accepted?

- if yes, are we informed of the price?

Toffers, the one year rule applies only to trades be the offeror. So for JD, it's 113p for a few more days, the 80ish.
