I think it will take more than a few months for any benefit of new trade deals to come through in significant numbers to show Brexit as a success.

It will also take far better leadership than Treason May and her cabinet of sycophantic clones.

Labours support hasn't increased though. The Conservatives support has decreased. There's a big difference between your point and the reality.

The main reason the Conservatives took a hit a the last general election was down to Treason May having a go at old people with her social care reforms, which is a very silly think to do since most old people tend to be Conservative... it was an own goal. That might have increased Labours lead a little bit then...

But this time it's not about Labour getting a lot more support. It's about the Conservatives losing a lot of support due to Treason May attempting to insult the intelligence of 17.4 Million Leave voters.

The parties growing will be right wing parties. That however will probably result in a Corbyn victory. Which might actually be needed, because the electorate will be so sick of his and Mcdonnells Marxist policies that they will reject Labour in a big way after one term.

And hopefully they don't go back to the Conservatives either, and then we can see the real change the country needs.

I think that article needs to be taken with some caution. Banks have been ramping up lending for years on the basis of low rates being more affordable to particularly mortgage customers. Million of people stretching their budgets to the limit so they can buy a house with an over inflated price.

Wage growth has not kept up with inflation in most Western Countries, rates will go up... and when they do this will test the banks quality of loans. If a lot of people start defaulting that will cause repossessions. Repossessions mean more property on the market, more property on the market means cheaper prices, and lower lending levels.

And if the defaults are anything like 2007/2008 especially if they happen during a downturn... then this is why it needs to be taken with caution. I wouldn't be chucking the kitchen sink at a bank stock.

Honestly, culture is only part of the problem. Sheer numbers it the main problem. More people means more demand for Housing, Healthcare, Education, Transport etc

It doesn't matter who they are or where they are from, demand is demand. The incompatibility of a certain culture just worsens the problem as they want to change our way of life, and given enough numbers they will succeed.

The UK won't instantaneously thrive outside the EU, there has to be a period where our economy transitions into new trade deals with the rest of the world, and those deals need to be reflected in the data.

But you can guarantee that even if the entire world goes into a recession, it won't matter the UK's recession will be blamed on Brexit. That won't matter either, as most people can see the piffle being spouted.

You're making an observation based on a tiny fraction of the UK population... it's almost irrelevant. And the overwhelming majority of the polls had Remain winning all the way up to the Referendum, and were proven wrong.

NI has a population of less than 2 Million, and an electorate even smaller. They also don't have the problem of unsustainable immigration than England has (yet)

Depends how the trade war goes. Even though it's not directly affecting Lloyds, if it's not solved market sentiment will take LLOY down with the rest of the market. If talks are announced the opposite will happen.

The only place in the North East to not vote Leave was "Newcastle City"... and as with almost every city in England this is where most of the immigration goes. Instead of going around various Towns in the North East she visits the only place in the North East to vote Remain.

She wants to be surrounded by people who agree with her, so she can pass that off to the biased mainstream media as a successful visit. She's a weak and devious Prime Minister.

A 25% drop isn't a lot for a miner, they go down just as fast as they go up when things go wrong. I've said that loads of times, when the going's good it's very good. When it's bad due to the leverage they don't take long to lose a lot.

But again China has the most to lose, but with no elections to worry about. I reckon it's going to go on for a while. China's economy whilst it's slowing... it's still growing strongly. It will take ages for their data to be affected, that's if they tell the truth, which many believe they don't.
