It's not been long enough for leave voters to have died out. And Labour is talking about a general election first... if they call a general election as the 2nd referendum party they will get annihilated since over 60% of Constituencies voted to leave. Hell the Lib dems have already shown this to be the case.

Before trying to be a smart a*re read what I typed dumb dumb. I initially said 647 in error. In the referendum there was actually 649 seats, one was the speakers. So of the 648 remaining constituencies 406 voted to Leave and 242 voted to remain.

In other words, Remain got annihilated on a Constituency basis. So the thick Lefty Looney tunes of Momentum will cause labour to loose a lot of seats by the looks of things.

There are now 650 seats it has changed since the last election... without looking I presume this is down to constituency borders redrawn or something along those lines.

Snige i said the figures from memory.. I was one constituency out. There "were" 649 seats. One is the speakers, so 648. There are 650 seats now.

So about 62.6% of constituencies voted to leave and only 37.4% of constituencies voted to remain. In other words it was a slam dunk for Leave when considering what the majority of people thought in each constituency.

This is why Labour will get absolutely hammered if they persist in a second referendum. Must be Diane Abacus counting the constituency results.

The same thing happened in Germany. Merkel couldn't form a government for 6 months because the Right Wing took too many seats of her due to her policy of importing 1.5 Million followers of Islam.

Labour can also launch a vote of No Confidence in the government, this doesn't need two thirds of the vote... it's just a simple majority. If there's a stalemate between the political wranglings in the commons then I would expect Labour to do this.

If successful then the government has 14 days to provide details of a new cabinet. That then means the new leader would be voted for. I haven't worked out who I think that is yet... The Bookies think it would be Boris Johnson, but most Conservative MP's voted differently from the majority of voters in their own constituencies... they voted remain. So I think it could be another copy of Theresa May... Sajid Javid, as they will want to capture the Muslim vote at the next general election too.

We won't get the Brexit we voted for until we boot the Conservatives and Labour out of parliament. They do not represent the majority of constituencies.

But we have a parliament who thinks they know better than the electorate and are trying everything possible to frustrate leaving, water it down or even stop it.

At the moment I don't see Theresa May stepping down.

My guess changes daily based on new developments. According to the fixed term parliament act of 2011 no early general election can be called without at least two 3rds of parliament voting for it. This seems unlikely given that the Conservatives barely scraped out a minority government the last time... I think they would feel like Turkey's voting for Christmas, although I also think Labour have underestimated the electorate by calling for a second referendum, given that the Lib Dems did this and lost a lot of support.

So I don't think a general election is going to happen anytime soon. Listening to Labour hierarchy talking on Sky News live today at their conference... I think they realise the above. So they are still going down the second referendum route... they think that by voting against Theresa May's plan and forcing her back to negotiations that they can water down Brexit enough to keep their membership happy.

But so far Theresa May is still saying it's either her Soft Brexit Plan or a No Deal... so assuming the EU don't back down, and a No Deal is the final outcome on the table... then I would expect Labour to vote against this again.

The resulting outcome is that Labour is tying the governments hands in negotiating by showing the EU that they will vote down Theresa May's deal. So the EU is obviously going to continue to reject Chequers in the hope that another referendum will be called.

If the government doesn't back down, the EU doesn't back down, the government put a no deal on the table and parliament votes against it.... then the UK is going to have to accept what the EU tells us they want for parliament to ratify it.

As things stand I still think it's going to be the softest of the softest Brexits, so soft that I don't think it even properly qualifies for Brexit. Freedom of Movement will continue, we won't be controlling immigration and we might even have to keep paying the EU for access to the single market.

The establishment both in our parliament, and the EU don't want us to leave. So they will do anything possible to deny us the democracy our people exercised. The hard right will rise over the years until eventual real change happens.

I have a hunch on what DNA is and why it exists... but it would give my opponents on here ammunition haha.. Ask yourself why only 3% of our DNA provides biological chemical instructions to Amino Acids to form 3 dimensional functional protein molecules... whilst the other 97% of our DNA is labelled junk DNA by scientists because they say it performs no function.

Nowere in the natural world does anything exist that is 97% wasteful... Evolution by Natural Selection eliminated the cast majority of waste from the organism. So I believe the 97% forms a function... possibly a biological storage mechanism for a vast amount of information. The 3% contains unimaginable levels of information... the 97% I believe is off the scale... I will leave it there :-)

haha, not showing off, I'm no millionaire.. But I have more than that mate... that was one account. I'm a saver, have no debt other than a mortgage. I was just making the point that moaning about what others have whether it's corruption that got them it, or genuine hard work... it's not going to change the person who's moaning's life.

Nothing comes to you in this world, it doesn't matter what country, or what political system that country operates in... if you want to create financial security for yourself you don't get that voting in any political party. You get it by making it happen yourself.

The area I was originally from is full of bitter people who hate the Tory's who hate people that have... they pretend they don't when challenged. But their actions and rants show they do... most of them go their entire lives thinking like this, they struggle financially and it never changes because they never recognise that the only thing capable of changing their situation is themselves.

I haven't no, but that sounds interesting. I'll add her stuff to my Amazon list. Although I have a lot to get through... I read all sorts of stuff, a bit random... I'm agnostic in beliefs, but love Quantum Physics, the Study of Evolution, DNA etc I was an Atheist but the more I see in Science that points to design I have my doubts... one of the books I'm reading right now is an alternative view on how DNA came to be "Signature in the Cell it's called", it makes compelling arguments for intelligent design... it's not about any religion, it's not biblical intelligent design, I don't believe in any of the 2700+ gods in human history... just the evidence suggesting that DNA was created and couldn't have evolved on it's own is interesting. Obviously Evolution is true, but shows how life evolves over time... not how it got started.

Anyway, if you've got time to kill at some point... have a look at it.

I get where you're coming from. Obviously I know £152,000 is a lot of money. But it can't buy a hell of a lot realistically. It might buy a very cheap house in a rubbish area riddled with crime and violence like where I was brought up. It could buy a couple of depreciating fancy cars... I have one sitting on my drive now.

It won't buy a residual income capable of supporting me and my family without the need to rely on income from an employer. Marxism won't give me that either, because eventually the country runs out of other peoples money. Then the poor who temporarily improved their situation end up far poorer than they were before for far longer. Because the income they get has far less buying power due to the rapid inflation Marxism causes.

It also causes rapid growth in debt and eventual misery for everyone. Churchill was right when he said Socialism is the equal sharing of misery. Capitalism is not perfect, but no other system has done more to lift more people out of poverty than any other system every created by humans.

Rebelling against this because Capitalism hasn't worked for them won't improve their situation, it will make it far worse.

What makes you think that? Our beliefs couldn't be more polar opposite. Admin can see the IP addresses of people posting, this is why Freya and Bob Champion disappeared. They both had the same IP, it was the same person. If we were the same people, we'd both be gone.

Oh I'm not rich, but I have more than most. I started life in one of Scotland's roughest council estates. But instead of being bitter of those that have in this country, I went out and change my circumstances. I began to think about how I could have... I thought is the system really rigged or is there a way of achieving financial independence like the rich do. That account's only one of them... between property cash, and investments I have just under half a million net worth, which is not bad for a 34 year old, even if I am blowing my own Trumpet. If things continue the way they are I expect to hit 2 - 3 million long before retirement age... inflation will hammer that so I probably won't ever be rich. But I won't ever struggle either.

The area I'm from in Scotland is one of the 4 areas that voted for Independence... it's full of bitter people who would rather keep voting for socialist parties in the perpetual mistaken belief that it will actually change their lot in life. No, unfortunately the only way to change your lot in life is to go out there and make it happen.

Marxism fails everywhere it's been tried. And it won't make your life meaningfully better. Getting out there starting a business, or working up the career ladder will bring you more fulfillment and an actual ability to buy a house than bitter Marxism/socialism ever will.
