HH, I think you'll end up being right. I can see 430p happening or even lower... hence the small initial tranche. If it doesn't happen, I'm still in the game, if it does my happiness is not screwed and I then decide whether to write off the initial tranche or add to it, but at the same time never going over the 3% of my pots I've allocated to this. I recognize this company is a pure gamble. There's a lot more competition about now for short term higher risk lending, and the outgoing fat cat that creamed off PFG for ages has taken a lot of trust away from PFGs customers. If it's been lending very badly too and big write downs come more than expected... boom down it goes again.

SimplyWall.ST the majority of the FTSE is either well valued or overvalued. Hardly anything is showing undervalued. Note: I don't base trading/investment decisions on it alone, as it's inaccurate occasionally with things like dividends being paid when they're not. But the valuations they give are based on analyst calculations. I went through the FTSE one by one out of interest. This is the reason the market is dodgy for trading updates... when prices are riding very high, the first sign of not meeting expectations and the long term holders start taking the big percentage profits they're sitting on.

I think it's going to the 90's... I'll add at 97p if it gets there and nothing catastrophic transpires with fundamentals. Don't have much in it, bought just under 135p on he last big drop.

When it's going up, you post nearly as quickly as bullets leave an Uzi's Muzzle. When it's going down, it's your day off. This reminds me of people who fish for likes on Facebook :-)

Or waiting on the price dropping further if it can't hold it's recent lows.

Stocks I'm buying and holding, FX I'm trading via spread betting, gives me my trading fix... while I let the stocks cook.

Chartist I'm not day trading mate... buying and holding, the other tranches are to average down if it tanks. If it doesn't I'm not adding to it. The market is high, I'm not overexposing my pots to anything. If there's a market correction I'll go in harder in tranches.

I've allocated a small amount to it, and split that amount into 3 tranches. I'm in tranche 1... so no stress here haha :-)

I've never heard of Woodford buying an entire company... he's a fund manager, not a CEO. With that said your analysis is logical, that's an exceptionally large shareholding for any fund, you might be right.

Broke out of that pennant, that'll do me. Will be a long term hold though.

Good luck, if that bear pennant turns out not to be one, and instead consolidation for a move up.. want to see it break out first.

I see the company is loss making, and just had a placing not long ago. If it's small speculative punts using prophets from trades on bigger companies, then it's fun, other than that it's dangerous. All is not what it seems most of the time in AIM. If you've multi-bagged, top slice it... take your original stake out and let the profits run.

There's no trend yet, going long or short now is a gamble from a short term perspective.Better to join a confirmed trend than to bottom fish, on what might not be the bottom. Although sometimes it works out well layering in using tranches within a predetermined max allocation and good risk management.

"Looks like a bull flag on the daily." A Bull Flag is a continuation pattern found during uptrends, since there is no confirmed uptrend on the daily. (Higher highs, Higher Lows)... this is literally impossible. But nice try :-)

You might be right... I'm 50/50 tight range, basing pattern could be consolidation ready for a rapid move up. On the other hand, the bear pennant formed on the hourly makes me think it's best to wait for trend direction confirmation. At a pure guess, I think it's going down. But I wouldn't short it due to the above.
