Ditto, but more apathy than stuborness for me. Feel i did well enough with the original A5 flow in 2014. Held a substantial holding again in the hope they would get a deep flowing. My gut feel now is Oraziman wants a way out. Hence the sale of assets.

The company has survived on the shallows and the investors are here for the potential. But, the potential has just been noise on an RNS. I'll only be optimistic if they announce a deep in production.

What basis is your optimism? I've been invested here since 2012 awaiting for a deep to flow.

While there have been distractions from that goal, failures, Caspian Explorer, 3ab, there has always been the core of the company producing revenue from the shallows.

Now they are making noises about selling the only asset that is producing revenue. Can anyone enlighten me why it would be a good idea to put more money in.

Historically there have been many RNS's that have excited but that excitement has never blossomed. Oilers and AIM have lost their appeal. For some reason the annual report felt different. Maybe the reason for the tick up in the SP. However, to get back to what we believe is true value we nedd a steady drip of positive news.

What will the EGM achieve? It's obvious they are wanting a bigger stake in Sentiance. But why? History of tech companies dictate Sentiance's day has come and gone. Is there something in the pipeline with Sentiance other than an App on a mobile phone? Would an EGM cast more light on what they are trying to achieve?

I won't be partcipating in this latest fundraiser as there is not enough details of the overall plan. Not sure why. As investors took part in the last fundraiser, maybe they have an insight.

Any positive drilling news and this will massively re-rate on top of latest RNS

Spare cash after the latest dilution. Not enough raised to take over Sentiance. Should have stayed a Tech Investment company and that way we could have sold out before they had to delist.

The significant shareholder is the Oraziman family. IMO to understand where this is going you have to put yourself in their shoes. Previous decisions, acquisitions(right or wrong), divis, etc have all been the decision of the significant shareholder. Maybe, they just want an exit strategy.

At least the court has ordered Bonnier to repay the £1.3M. Anyone know if he has appealed that ruling?

It needed a tie up with one of the big players, hopefully that horse hasn't bolted.

Carver is a bit like a lot of us that have been around Roxi/Casp a long time. The continued cycle of hope and disappointment, each cycle resulting in a lower sp. I daresay the Oraziman family would like an exit strategy and I suppose that is getting a deep to production and punting the company.. I wonder how much they pulled pulled out with the dividends?

Should be something soon 155 was due to be spudded mid September.

HL did notify me, the closing date was midday on the 8th. Should here how succesfull soon.

Hmm if they are dragging their heels getting notification to shareholders it is either incompetence or they already have investors willing to fork out £2m.

Only option they had. Surprised it's taken 6 months. Just hope they have something up their sleeves .
