Worried now!! - Mistake in paperwork? How do you make a mistake like that? Worrying and... if a mistake gives the impression you are dissolving then you would fix it immediately not asap. We need more clarity and better representation.
Codeine - I do read the RNS I believe the "Additional Acquisition" of Sentiance is dependent on institutional investment in MCC. We are still awaiting that news and the relisting. So I'm wondering what Sentiance are thinking I can't imagine they are twiddling their thumbs and waiting for MCC.
Sentiance are expanding, I wonder if there is further expansion and are they expecting further investment from MCC?
No emails and nothing on the website surely they will inform the shareholders before the 24th
Tend to agree. I always wondered about the timing of the flow test and the announcement of continued working over the winter only to inform (after the shananigans of shareholding adjustment) that the flow test had been suspended and the weather was having an impact.
Nothings changed. I haven't lost anything with CASP/ROXI and I feel the sp is fairly well supported by the current levels of production. Happy to hold with production licence coming this year and with the faint hope of the deeps materialising who knows I might make some decent money.
Can they RNS? They have delisted. Request to be emailed from their website.
We are still in the dark as what their strategy is? Make investments in the technology sector? Does that mean that they have to suspend every time they make an investment? They had to suspend on AIM and delist as it was seen as a reverse takeover of Sentiance. They are now bringing in more investors to take a bigger stake in Sentiance. Is the real objective to takeover Sentiance? Will Monchhichi continue to exist? What will happen to our shares?
Hargreaves & Lansdowne will move my ISA holding into a trading account or issue certificates. I will just need to B & B some of it back into my ISA when they re-list' I don't think there is any benefit in holding them as certificates. It looks as if the relist is more about timing for the new investors to maximise their investment than technicalities.
Hargreaves & Lansdowne will transfer them out of your ISA to a trading account on the 23rd Feb. Or they will issue a share certificate for them.
Aye it's all happening in Europe while we sit and dither. Maybe we are waiting for Brexit before we relist. Only joking, I think?
Always thought this will be the NY, change of financial period. I am sure there is a lot happening behind the scenes and it will be interesting to see what we look like in January.
That's more like it I'm not convinced the insurance market has the legs but AI across many platforms does. Bring on the NY, more news and listing on the main market.
I think the clue might be the change of the financial period. At a guess the listing will coincide.
Yes a pretty impressive IT co. An insight where we are going with sensors and increase in technology. Makes you want to throw away your mobile phone. In essence that may be the problem here. All this info is used for marketing and that may cause people to rebel against the app and in effect the data info will only be available for the section of society that are willing to allow data to be collected about them. There needs to be a carrot that makes it worthwhile and not the relentless prompting with ads. Secondly Sentiance have to stay ahead of the game in technology and that is very difficult in IT. However I am sure our BOD are fully aware of this, I suspect they are expecting an early return on Sentiance.
Yes all very odd GB. Hopefully we will hear soon. If Sentiance have a product that is likely to be in demand I am not sure where the benefit would be from becoming public on the AIM market. I would imagine it would expose them to a level of risk that wouldn't be needed.
Not sure what's going on here. The investment policy says 10-30% investment in TMI companies. Surely that doesn't mean that the share is suspended everytime an investment is made? Also 10-30% investment doesn't constitute a reverse takeover. So if we are in a reverse takeover of another company we have already diversified from our investment policy. I would speculate that we are diversifying from a long term growth strategy to a quick killing.
but the price moves up nicely.
