CB needs to show us the roadmap to get from here to Luansobe, Ka$hitu et al being monetised.

Realistically, there will be no full time CEO on GLR. That is the constraint. That is also why GLR needs a full time programme manager to push key assets e.g. Luansobe, Ka$hitu, KCB etc to a monetisation conclusion. GLR - CB - is good at getting licenses with potential - and should play to that strength. He can also make deals. A Programme Manager will be incentivised to get the programme across the line. PR is very poor despite taking on a new NED with PR expertise. I would have ditched him and the so called PR function by now.

It is a fair question. But we are we are, that’s the reality and nothing will change it. So the options are to beat yourselves up, or be proactive and demand change from the execs, or a change in exec. There is still plenty of significant market cap to go around. Who knows, maybe some of the left-field stuff such as Kamativi might come home and deliver. At least you now have Luansobe on a timetable - and that is a biggie. Compoundithose assets and do the maths.

Contact the execs direct and tell them what you think, what you would like etc. The placing has been done.

If the family member is unaware of the inside information and acts independently, they may technically be able to participate, but this would need to be carefully documented to avoid suspicion of insider dealing.

I doubt the execs would take the risk. You can always Email the execs or the Nomad for more information.

September 16-17, 2025 - Recent Event & Ongoing Expansion

Mopani hosts an event (details via official site) highlighting "world-class" operations. Expansion projects continue, including shaft investments (e.g., Mufulira Deeps for +25 years mine life). No major disruptions reported; production ramp-up progressing toward 2025 targets. Henderson Shaft expansion, which extends mine life by 25+ years and supports the target of 200,000+ tonnes annual copper production. Also Mopani's official Facebook page or website (mopani.com.zm)

CI - It's a strong hint at optionality for IRH and the Mopani Mine as you can see. Lots of options on the table.

Sure CI. An email to the exec inquiring about Luansobe. The ore checks that flipper mentioned found nothing untoward - I.e would cost more to process if there were deleterious elements in the samples tested at the JLP facility. The ability to connect open pit to underground was mentioned (good) and many options for monetising were available. We are now two years and a bit on from that Email response. Time for the recent RNS to deliver on timelines.

June 23 response: "The steeper westerly plunge took us towards an underground situation faster, but has left us with an open pit with good stripping ratios and slightly higher grades. The drilling also provided a combination model of pit to underground as a seamless transition, maintaining acceptable stripping ratios for the open pit. The area of this deposit is of high interest to the major mining and investing community and is well recognised on its potential and geographical and geological position. In essence, multiple opportunities, multiple considerations. On a more general note it does not have any deleterious elements and should provide a similar concentrate to Mufulira, which worked for 80 years – so, still has a good mine life in front of it, when the eventual Mopani sale takes place."

The Open Pit is in the Northern part of the license, and the deeps head towards the Mufulira complex.

The deeps - 62MT potential was first described in a Mopani Mine Document - when owned by ZCCM. Luansobe is already very close to the Mopani Mine - some 15km - and the closer we get it would seem reasonable to assume the probability of finding additional copper ore over and above the Open Pit find. The license boundary is in some ways irrelevant. CB has mentioned previously that IRH based out of UAE and part owner of the Mopani mine have been in discussions. The Deeps would seem a logical extension and what they would be paying for is an option on that potential outcome - noting that it was a previous owner of the Mopani mine that speculated the potential. It requires drilling. The point being this is not a drill in a virgin area never previously drilled - it is in a prolific copper producing part of the copper belt next door to a huge Tier one deposit.

I think there will be other significant interested parties other than JLP. The site is next to the Mopani Mine. There are multiple ore processing capabilities nearby. CB knows the value of this asset - that's why he went there in the first place - attracted by the deeps and 62mt+ potential at high grade. The fact that we found an open pit in the meantime is good news. Now as two approved mining licenses + blue sky potential of 62mt+ it's got a big price tag IMO and that is why negotiations are ongoing - and apparently - getting there. He has also turned down previous offers : AGM attendees reporting back.

During … I see that as 5 months at the latest. Underpromising ready for delivery before then. All good. And those warrants - two edged sword - more money which we will likely not need if the asset is sold. Cartoon made a very good observation on this. Negotiate from strength. And there are several Luansobe options. All good. Big bucks.

The irony is that if the warrants are cashed in then that would bring in another £3.5m approx, but it is likely that we will have monetised assets which will push us way beyond the point of needing the money. Still, 5p-10p will keep most folk happy on AIM.
