All trades this morning at 1.27p are buys but being marked as sells.

Buys v Sells on parity - so if you apply the same logic that some people think there is a sell off due to bad news, has there been a leak for good news with those big buys!

Given the lack of updates from the company, it is not surprising that there is a small sell off. But big news is imminent from mid August and we know behind the scenes all is progressing i.e new website due and they continue to hire new people. We also know the NIHR PALOH roll out is going according to plan.

Personally for me its a case of retaining faith and holding firm for the next few days before good news is released.

They are still hiring = good sign!

It seems very quiet on comms from the company and indeed any activity etc on social media etc - I am hoping this is because something big is brewing in the background and we are going to get positive news soon. We are still awaiting for the new website which could coincide with some big news and only last week the Marketing Manager was advertising for some part time support due to 'growing demand' so on balance, I remain positive that good news is imminent.

BG - the company cant (unless with shareholder approval) raise below a price of 1.50p.

Roger - if the SP jumped as you suggest, they wouldnt need to call a EGM?!

Roger - you are confusing the tests but I suspect you already knew that. The two year study is for MTRN R1 but they can submit evidence at any point to NICE when they feel they have sufficient. The pilot study from Oct to May was for CYP2C19 and we are awaiting the outcome as you know.

I have had it confirmed by the company that It’s a 100% owned subsidiary of Genedrive Diagnostics Ltd and has been incorporated to facilitate the Company’s direct to customer sales strategy in the UK and Ireland with a focused distributor network for other international markets.

So a positive step forward.

Roger - Genedrives financial year runs from July 1 to June 30 so we are in q1 2026 now - we can expect international sales updates anytime from now.

Ok Roger, you go with Eureka, I will stick with what the NICE website has always said - the pilot runs until May 2025.

Roger - good to hear you are back in. A couple of points;

- the Pilot was never delayed - May 2025 was always on the NICE website as the end date

- I have been in touch with NICE who have confirmed that NHSE are in the final development stages of the pilot outcome before gaining sign off from Nice. So we should hear very soon

Hopefully the new innovator passports announced today under the 10yr Health plan will mean both Genedrive tests will get to market quicker.

How can you believe anything Roger says? He has spent the last two weeks making outrageous statements such as the Directors are deliberately running the company into the ground to take it private and claiming the end is nigh......then says he is going to invest 10k!

Interesting that the lead NHS clinician for the pilot was a gentleman called Videha Sharma who is also a Director of a company called Fava Health that helps people personalise their medicines and get better faster through genomics. Also Directors of Fava are Dr John McDermott and Prof Bill Newman who are the co-creators from a clinical perspective of the two Genedrive tests. Not that I am complaining but is this not a conflict of interest in terms of a favourable outcome of the Pilot for the Genedrive test????
