If callum Baxter can replicate here half the successful exploration they had with ggp with drilling expected to start by mid year may be sooner. anyone buying at this level will be extremely well rewarded. I was lucky to invest early in ggp , though a small amount but walked away with a decent profit.

Juno has potential to take GBP to a billion $ market cap.

And then there is the Namibia PEL 94 offshore which is under farm-out negotiations.

Market cap GBP 9 million today can become 10 times that this year imo.

Just been doing some reading on Prime, they are actually a good mid size energy company producing over 50,000 boepd in Pakistan.

With their experience team and growth ambitions won't be surprised to see them have TRP for dinner.

TRP will have to bring in a large company with finance to fund the exploration programme ( 3D shoots etc ) will cost nothing less than $20 million to cover their acreage.

They are at a very early stage in exploration on their Namibia license compared to GBP.

Retain say 10% exposure and take $5 million would be a good result for TRP. Let the large operator fund the 3D seismic data acquisition

One of my other holdings SEA signed a farm out deal very recently on a acreage with similar huge prospecttive numbers in Malaysia. SEA retain 10% and Will be receiving $20 million in cash and free carry on 2 wells.

SEA also have a huge stash of 3D and 2D on their licence just as GBP do.

Hopefully the farm-out is concluded this quarter.

The earliest any drill will be happening on Hussar is now April 25 from December.24. And will there be enough funds with any further delay?

Is time we criticise the GEX BOD for their failures and amateur behaviour. This 3 months delay simply is their fault and am fed up with permit talk since listing .

The potential and huge prospect mean nothing if you can't drill.

Hex came on market last April promised to drill in July and did , infact 2 wells. Pulsar listed in London in October and promised to drill end of year and have done so and infact are drilling 2 wells back yo back.

What's the point of trying to acquire new farm ins when this lot can't even sort out Hussar permits as promised and get that drilled?

Concentrate on Hussar and mt winter . Get get Hussar drilled and if successful that will set the company up for other projects. With delays the cash pot will be reducing too.

Tony and his team better get their acts together or else this company will turn into another jam tomorrow one.

Gex since listing has been a running commentary on permits. This permit , that permit and they never seem to be acquired but keeps being pushed back.

Haven't experienced this in my other helium stocks HEX and PLSR. Those 2 just get on with what they promised and not a single issue about permits.

Therefore any interested parties will have to pay a lot more for a share of GBPs license than for TRPs

TRP Namibia license is at a very early exploration stage and can't be compared to GBPs.

GBP has acquired a lot of data in the form of 3D and 2D seismics that trp haven't yet acquired on theirs. It will cost them millions of $.

Increase in Prospective Resources estimate for the Marula prospect in Namibian Licence PEL0094

Global Petroleum Limited (AIM: GBP) is pleased to announce an updated estimate of Prospective Resources for its licence PEL0094 ("Licence"), offshore Namibia. Global holds a working interest of 78 per cent in the Licence, and is operator.

As recently announced, the Company has been undertaking further technical interpretation on both its principal prospects, Marula and Welwitschia Deep, and the leads in the eastern part of the Licence .

Following further analyses of the existing 3D seismic data in PEL0094, the Unrisked Gross Prospective Resources for the Marula prospect have increased from 218 to 411 million barrels (Mean), an increase of 89% (see more detail below in the "Further Background" section).

Together with the Welwitschia Deep prospect and the 7 leads so far identified in the Licence area, this gives a new total Unrisked Gross Prospective Resources (Mean) of 3,522 million barrels of oil ("barrels") for the Licence (previously 3,329 million barrels), an overall increase of 6%. On the basis of Global's working interest in the Licence, the Prospective Resources (Mean) Net Attributable to Global for Marula are now 321 million barrels (previous estimate: 170 million barrels), giving total Unrisked Net Prospective Resources (Mean) on the Licence of 2,747 million barrels (previously 2,596 million barrels), also an overall increase of 6%.

In addition, the estimated chance of success for the Marula prospect has been increased from 22% to 29%, so that Risked Mean Prospective Resources attributable to Global - at its working interest of 78% in the Licence - are now 93 million barrels for Marula out of a new total of 326 million barrels for all the prospects and leads in the Licence. This means that Marula represents 29% of the total.

OK let's do a quick maths after today's farm out of Cameroon with its huge low risk opportunity to make TRP .

Total shares in issue is now just under 30 billion, market cap at 0.04p is GBP 12 million? Low imo

Exercise of Warrants

The Company has received notice from CSS ALPHA FUND AIFLNP V.C.I.C. LTD ("CSS Alpha") to exercise 6,358,848 warrants for nil consideration following the recent resource upgrade reported on 17 October 2024 being a condition of their issue. The terms of the warrants were further detailed in the Company Prospectus dated 11 July 2024.

The Warrants were originally issued to CSS Alpha for providing an extension to a bridging loan in the 2024 financial year. Upon conversion, the shares are subject to a lock-in until January 2025.

0.16p broker target looks OK to me.
