Re admission was 30th JULY 2024. Am not worried whether they have sold or not as am looking 4 to 6 months ahead on hussar reults.

* CSS Lock-in Agreement

On 11 July 2024 the CSS Locked-In Parties, the Joint Brokers and the Company entered into

the CSS Lock-in Agreements, which are conditional on Re-admission.

Pursuant to the CSS Lock-in Agreements, each of the CSS Locked-In Parties has undertaken

to the Company and the Joint Brokers that, subject to the consent of the Joint Brokers and

other limited exceptions (including transfers to associates and disposals by way of acceptance

of a recommended offer of the entire issued share capital of the Company) they will not (and

will use all reasonable endeavours to procure that their associates do not) dispose of any

Ordinary Shares or interest in Ordinary Shares or any rights relating to such Ordinary Shares

at any time from Re-admission until the expiry of six months from Re-admission."

PEL94 is a very attractive licence and will always attract interest. Anyone farming in already has a huge stash of 3D and 2D to work with and don't have to spend millions of $ to shoot one.

Not surprised some well known names have entered the race.

Last year SEA ( was then called lbe) CEO promised the farm-out out deal by mid summer 2024. It was delivered some 4 months later in December.

Omar is trying to get the best deal possible with new interested parties entering .

In the meantime funds have been raised to continue exploration worki on Juno gold and copper project.

Patience here will pay off as ot did on SEA.

If hussar is successful , imo gex has potential to be a 20 + bagger from this level .

No other helium company has the prospective low risk resources that GEX has in Hussar. . HE1 rukwa had a prospective resource of about half that of hussar And now we fully own Mt winter too which has an equally large prospect that actually flowed helium at 9% and hydrogen at 11% concentration in a well drilled there in the 80's.

Haven't taken part in the placing as happy to be holding a small position here having sold most of my shares in the 20's.

Hex has done pretty well from the 10p ipo in April last year.

Brilliant move by the BOD. Mt winter has flowed helium at high concentration levels.

The Mt Winter-1 well was drilled in 1982 targeting Oil to a depth of 2,650m TD but did not penetrate the subsalt Heavitree formation where the hydrogen, helium & natural gas reservoir targets sit.

All 3 previously drilled wells that penetrated the Heavitree formation however, encountered high concentrations of helium (up to 9%) and hydrogen (up to 11%)

MT Winter like Hussar is another potentially significant helium, hydrogen and natural gas resource.

The plan for MT Winter is to complete further seismic and then re-enter/side-track the existing well, penetrating the sub-salt Heavitree formation and develop the helium, hydrogen and natural gas

Mount Winter Prospect hosts un-risked 2U Prospective (Recoverable) Resources of c.148 BCFG  of  helium  and  c.135  BCFG  of  hydrogen,  and  c.1.22  TCFGE (Trillion Cubic Feet Equivalent) of hydrocarbons.Mt Winter project (targeted Heavitree formation) has 100% success drill rate with very high helium and hydrogen concentrations (up to 9% Helium 11% Hydrogen)

the annual pay of the entire gex bod is less than the annual salaries of the 2 co chief executives of that **** company rbd as an example.

infact anthony and marks pay at about £120k each is modest compared to many aim company executives.

The 3 highest paid full-time emoloyess are paid average compared to industry standards .

Anthony the ceo and Mark the finance director are each paid $150k annually

John Heugh - the Technical Director $105k annually.

GEX has only 4 full time employees (including 2 BOD members) and their office expense in Perth is cheap. This was all mentioned by Anthony in an interview after the ipo.

It is consultants they higher to do most of the work on contract basis.

Therefore the company imo should still be in a very healthy cash position ( imo fully funded for Hussar drilling , mt winter work and working capital for next 9 months )

I think will turn around from this level.

Gex raised $5 million approximately at ipo.

From the prospectus about half ($2.5 million) of that is for Hussar deepening and $500k is for Mt winter permits and works to drill ready status .

The vast amount of the ipo cash is yet to be spent.

Let me teach you, LBE sold their Norway business and exited the country. The money from the sale paid off their debt and were left with cash of just $2.5 million .

GEX has a lot more than that amount today in comparison.

Use the filter button. Last year there were so many doom and gloom merchants on LBE ( SEA) thread when it dropped to about 5p. Few weeks later it went to 20p+ .

Remember the BOD here have invested GBP 2.5 million of their own money in this company.

GEX if Hussar is successful can be a 20+ bagger in 2025 from this level.

Added 81 k shares today and will be buying more when I can.

In South Africa, as we noted in our Annual Report dated 31 May 2024, the Company and the operator, New Age Energy Algoa (Pty) Ltd ("NewAge"), have been in discussions for some time now with a potential partner for our Algoa Gamtoos license. The farm-out process, which has been underway for some time, has been seeking financing at least for the current phase of 3D seismic data acquisition over our 1.4 billion barrel deep-water slope and floor fan leads, and some repayment of back costs. This has now reached the stage where draft documents are being prepared. When, as in this case, a large part of the proposals being discussed relate to the funding of forward commitments that are still some way in the future - in this case, probably in 2026 - the details became central to the agreement. For this reason, the drafting of documents is a critical step forward in the process, as it allows these details to be addressed by all parties, but for the same reason there is also no certainty yet that a final agreement will be reached.
