Stating from a very low base of GBP 6 million market cap today I can see GEX at least GBP 20 million market cap ie 20p by the time Husssar well is drilled ( deepening) in Q2.

That have produced scoping study right across Australia and Asia for mining and exploration companies ranging from tiny ones like GEX to multi billion market cap companies.

As part of the agreement with Harlequin, they will be responsible for capex in building the plant. All Georgina has to do is find the gas.

GEX will also be reimbursed for exploration and drilling expenses.

I think the GBP 8 million market cap at 0.027p is too low after the recent deals announced.

The math for the Wilson project is 37 MMBOE with 55% RF = 20.35 MMBOE x 52.5 WI = ~ 11 MMBOE (net to EME) at $11 ground value = $110m or ~ £85m (2.32p per share). The current price is 0.13p (over 15 bag upside potential).

And there is Mako which is worth over 10 times todays EME market cap.

Some folks on this forums behave as if they are new to the markets.

Without having such an authority the company will have to call an EGM anytime they want to raise funds.

But with the authority given at tge AGM they can use it anytime they need to from this agm 2025 to the next agm 2026.

Almost all companies seek similar authority from shareholders at agm.

Standard practice as all companies seek shareholders authority to issue shares .

Is there if needed but does not mean will be used immediately.

The authority they are seeking is to issue 2 billion shares over the next 12 months( till next agm 2026).

Without such an authority how will they raise funds through issuing shares if need to. Call EGM?

Surely there has to be a weather window when site visit for 4 to 5 days of works can be carried out for the Environmental permit .

Amost important later on we need 2 weeks for rig and personnel mobilisation and about 2 months ( 50 days) of access for operations to deepen the well ( deepening, testing etc)

I guess the management should have an idea of when best to carry out these operators.
